I am not sure how to test this. Great idea but I don’t want to push it and bother the network in a false alarm.

I was unable to connect to 911 - I'm sure the item itself would work fine otherwise.

Ease of use, the product was purchased for my mother.

the recording could be a second later after 911 answer and day iy a little slower our operator didnt know what she said

Apparently coverage isn’t wide spread. Wouldn’t connect to 911.

I use this clip-on safety devise myself as I am an amputee ( no left leg ) and I am also 73 yrs of age living by myself out in the country , sure makes me feel better knowing I am able to get help if and when needed.

Sent to my 77 year old and very capable mother. She inserted batteries and received confirmation via the "test" button on the side. When she pressed the ONLY other button, the main Red Cross button in the center, it turned blue but no connection. She read the instructions several times but could not get it to operate. I tried to find the manual online, but nothing available. Found the distributor and called them in CA, but they had no idea about a manual or the product.This appears to be an antiquated device that no longer functions with current technology, yet is still sold with the concept that only a certain percentage will return and the costs of return shipping are easily made up for by those who cannot or will not return. Hate these kind of scams and that Amazon supports this as one of their "recommended" products.
