Does the job.
It's for a relatively cheap tripod, so you're not getting something rock solid here. That said, it works the way it's supposed to, and I'd rather lug the lightweight tripod around all day than the heavyweight ones. I haven't ever had one of these plates break, though I've lost at least 4. Price could be a little better, but it's perfectly serviceable.

the product is simple and works great I dont see any imperfections and it works as it should....the only reason I chose 4 stars is due to the price... but if you need one like I did you wont be disappointed with this purchase as I was happy to find a replacement for a lost one....

You are better of buying a new Targums tripod for $20 at ...
It works well. The color is not the exact same but it works. You are better of buying a new Targums tripod for $20 at Walmart because it is going to cost you just about that amount after shipping.
