Rainbow Bright
This is my first mechanical keyboard, so maybe I am a noob, but I love this thing. I can type faster and more accurately with this. It did take some adjustment to the higher keys as I have spent most my life typing on low profile keys. These are a brown key, so there is not a loud click, though there is some noise for sure. I find it comforting and not annoying. The build quality is superb. The magnetic wrist wrest was one of the major features for me and it does not disappoint. The colors and media keys are awesome. I have it going in the rainbow wave. It is bright and cool. It makes me smile when I see it. I haven't used the macro keys yet, the games I am playing really don't need it. Seems pretty simple to program. Anyway, love this thing. Price is super competitive as well with. Recommend.

This is a cool keyboard!
I don't know why it took me so many years to discover a mechanical keyboard! This is my first, so I don't have a lot to compare to, but I really like it! The sound is plenty loud enough and very satisfying, and it's cool to look at. It won't perform as many tricks as some of the others out there, but I was able to color code my keys to exactly the way I wanted them and that was the main thing I wanted. It does have some fun patterns, but after an initial break in period where I mostly played with it, I am perfectly happy with the keys the way I set them and I probably won't change them again. I love having the sound control with on the keyboard. It all feels substantial and solid, and it looks great. I was really taken by the Azio retro keyboards with the chrome and round keys, but I finally decided they might be distracting. I am not a great typist and worried they might be visually distracting. This one is cool but not so distracting - it still dresses up my work space without being the center attraction. I have to spend hours a day at my keyboard working, and I am pleased to have something this nice. The price was good too - can't really complain about anything except that it took me so long to buy one!

Great keyboard priced well within reason for its features, but the LED capslock/numlock lights are too bright.
After using keyboards with Cherry switches, the AZIO MGK L80 and its Kailh Brown switches compare rather admirably. All the RGB features function as intended, and the media controls are a welcome addition to any mechanical keyboard, while the build quality is (for as much as my discerning eye can see) perfect, with minimal keyboard chassis flex, little to no desk-sliding due to its rubber feet, and a tastefully designed magnetic wrist rest. The singular, major complaint would be the exceedingly bright LED indicators for numlock, capslock and gaming/light indicator-mode lights - these both come only in a pure-white light (meaning they cannot follow the RGB lightshow of the rest of the keyboard), and are at least three times brighter than any of the backlit characters on the physical keycaps themselves. It's a near 5/5 keyboard, but a 5/5 rating would imply it *is* free of any flaws. For its usage of Kailh switches, they remain competitive against Cherry switches - but the white-only LED lights that are far too bright missed the mark. Truly a brilliant keyboard, but marred by minor oversights only ever so slightly. I will definitely enjoy using it for quite a while, however!Future wishes: AZIO would do well to reduce the brightness of the LED indicators for capslock/etc, as well as consider doing a redesign to better separate the F1/function keys away from the rest of the keyboard, while also bringing the media controls more in-line with the rest of the chassis without relying on a "plastic tumour" that runs across the top right end of the keyboard. Conversely, I quite like this "plastic tumour" as it gives the keyboard an interesting, unique asymmetric aesthetic. Ultimately this latter suggestion goes down to personal preference and subjectivity, but I'm pleased by how it's designed either way. This review was written by the buyer who purchased the product outright.

If you are thinking about a mechanical switch keyboard, this is the one!
Just unpacked this and had to write right away. This keyboard is wonderful! I wanted a keyboard that had the F keys as the primary for the keys, and would have liked to get one that made some noise as I type. So I wound up looking at gaming keyboards, and selected this one as a nice blend of price and features. I was worried about the volume of the key clicks, but it is just right. Enough to let you know you have pressed the key, but not loud enough to be obnoxious.I also like the fact that the keys can be backlit. I would have preferred blue as the back lite color, but the red is acceptable. I am not a gamer, so I don't think I will ever use the other back light options, but they are there if one wants them.I also love the rotating volume control knob. So much nicer than using the up and down arrow keys. One word of advice - use the wrist rest. due to its design, this keyboard sits a little higher than a membrane keyboard, and especially if you are a touch typist the wrist rest is really needed. All in all, this is a great keyboard, especially for the price. I know I am going to love it and use it for a very long time. I am a touch typist (If I had to pick one class that has had the most impact on my life, it would have to be that typing class I took one summer during high school) and I am finding it much easier to type on this keyboard than on the Logitech membrane keyboard I have had for the last ten years or so. That was the other reason I wanted to get a new keyboard. Mine is so old there isn't even a driver available that lets me use the optional features.Edit 12/6/2016I have been using this for a while now, and am more in love with it than ever. My touch typing speed has improved noticeably, and I am getting used to the different shape vs my old keyboard. The touch of the brown keys is somewhat light, and it took a little while to break the bad habit I had developed of resting my fingers on the home row a little too heavily, but I succeeded. I think the sound of the keys is just right for me, but I live by myself so I don't have to worry about bothering anyone else.If you have ever used on of the older (70s, 80s) computer terminals, then you know what this one sounds like. I am reminded of the old IBM 3270 terminals in particular. This comes in three versions, with your choice of brown, blue or red keys.

Five Stars
Well worth it, costs less then the 300 dollar keyboards, and does the exact same thing.

Excelente teclado mecanico a excelente precio

Best for isolated typing
Amazing keyboard, probably the best I've ever owned. Magnetic palm rest makes this feel luxurious. The volume knob is the icing on the cake, super happy to have it. This keyboard is great for those who need to do a lot of typing. Very ergonomic with amazing tactile feedback. For those not ready for a loud keyboard, be warned- it's loud! Brings me back to the mainframe days. Best used in a closed office, don't order this for an open office concept.Edit 2020: bought in late 2017, two LEDs burned out

¡Excelente teclado!
