These clippers are very heavy and leave track marks on every dog that I cut with a 7 or a 5. They may cut through everything, but they are way too slow and leave too many marks for me to use in a professional capacity. Cordless is definitely a plus and the battery lasted all day, but I had to return them. $40 to return them too, which means I basically just spent $40 on nothing.

It took some getting used to do to the slower motor. However this thing is a powerhorse of all the clippers I have used in my professional career. It cuts through thick and heavily matted dogs like a hot knife through butter. I don't think it makes a good finishing clipper on EVERY dog but I have used it on certain breeds and hair types from start to finish.Update 8/25/15 - I lowered my rating from 4 to 3 stars. I now see that a lot of variables have to be in play to get a good cut from these clippers. Blades have to be freshly sharpened and even then they can track badly. So some of my blades though freshly sharpened can't be used with this clipper. I even bought a few Aesculap blades had them sharpened and hadn't been too impressed. In fact they work better on my Andis and Wahl clippers. My main charging dock light flicks red and green which probably means it's broken and not charging. Bought this in May, so it shouldn't be having this issuse. Emailed Aesulap, hadn't heard anything back. Right now, I'm wishing I had bought an extra KM10 and the Oster Volt Lithium Ion as a cordless in place of Aesulap.8/31/16 - To the person in the review below, I have tried to clean it out and blow hair out, multiple times. Trust me, that is the first thing I did. However that is not the issue, sometimes the light doesn't come on at all. There is nothing obstructing the prong connection here. By the way, if anyone is wondering what I recommend instead of this, it is the Heiniger Saphir.
