The manufacturer recommends taking one packet per day. Each packet has 3 multivitamin tablets (orange color) and 3 multimineral tablets (whitish gray color). They just switched to larger tablets that you take fewer of which has its pros and cons but this is a great product. I used to take the Kirkland packets and they did me a world of good until they stopped selling them yeas ago. My energy plummeted after about a year of not taking vitamins anymore. I recently found these and am happy as can be with the PRODUCT but I am seeing now that they went from $40 to $53 a box?! That's 33% increase!! Nope!!! I will find something else.

Love the vitamins but very hard to swallow.
