Not all that comfortable, not all that snug, not all that protective of phone
My HTC Desire HD (ace) fits snugly in the case (so much so it's a chore getting the darn thing in there, but that's probably a good thing) but the armband doesn't feel snug on my arm. To be fare to the case, it hasn't actually come off in the one time I've used it, but I'm not a runner so it wasn't much of a test.I don't know much about materials, but it seems to be made from a thick polyester? Whatever it is, it wasn't UNcomfortable necessarily, but it made my arm sweat like the dickens after a 20 minutes stroll at night during spring, so watch for that.I understand that fat people aren't the target demographic for most exercise accessories, but the unreasonably small band barely fits my 200-pounds and is absolutely unwilling to stretch.Behind the lame-but-functional flexible, thin plastic window is a flap held in place by some pretty strong Velcro. Take your phone out of its regular, more protective case and slowly force it into the back of this armband case (which is not removable without cutting out the weak-looking stitching) and then Velcro the back-flap back in place. The touch screen works better than expected behind both the cheap plastic window and my screen protector, so that's a big plus. Another bonus is in the snug phone fit is that the headphone jack lines up perfectly with the little hole at the bottom. There is no hold for the USB port which didn't bother me, but could be a deal-breaker for a few people. If you're thinking about using the 3.5mm hold for your USB, then stop thinking that, it's a tight, flush fit. The fabric is kind of thin, and can probably be easily cut, so you can go that route. The power and volume button locations have been painted on the side of the case, which was more useful to me than I expected it to be.The picture shows some cheap earbuds nicely folded and sitting comfortably in an elastic loop, but that's a big fat lie. The loop is there, and it technically has some elastic something in it, but it moves for no man. I think I hurt my pinky trying to just stick my first digit in there, and my own folded cheap earbuds would not be stuffed in there, even with aide of an Alan wrench and my (now hurt) finger. No one is using that loop without a lot of grease and a lot of time.All-in-all, it's a mediocre armband but I will continue to use it, and half-heartily recommend it to others.

Not so good!
This armband barely fits my HTC Desire HD (Inspire) and every time I struggle to put my phone in! It looks cheap and the plastic material that covers the screen is so fragile that feels like it will not last long! Also due to bad interior trimming, sometimes a gap remains between the screen and the plastic cover which makes it very difficult to use the phone. However, it does the job for now and that is why I gave it a 3 out of 5!

Good for working out
It is not a 17 inch circumference cause it does not fit on my bicept but other than that great for running fits my phone exactly but after a while it gets a little loose around the sides
