I read up a bit on Deepcool and their products. As with most, I've seen good and bad. A lot of them had been about water coolers leaking, but I think that can happen with any water cooler. That's just part of the risk with these things. I decided to give their 360EX unit a try when it was on sale.I have to say that I have been pleasantly surprised by this gem of a cooler. It has solid build quality and keep my AMD Ryzen 7 1700 very cool, even while under load for an extended period.The fans are ultra quiet as I can often not even hear them spinning. The pump is also quiet. I was a little concerned with the glass stem on the pump block, but it seems to be fine. The lighting effect is kind of neat, although that is not the reason why I purchased this.The tubing is well protected and isn't too stiff or too flimsy. The tubes are also a little longer than normal so it can reach a slightly farther distance if your radiator location is in an odd location in your case.Since purchase, I've had zero problems with it. It works as advertised and most importantly, no leaks.Just in case I was to have a leak, I looked over the customer support for the product and Deepcool passes with flying colors. If your unit is defective, they will replace it for you very quickly. If any of your components are damaged, they will also do their best to replace those parts as well. Not many companies can claim that sort of coverage. Keep in mind these were from reviews on their customer support from various other users. I have not had to contact CS for any reason at this point.Overall, this is a very good CLC that will keep high end CPUs cool, even when overclocked. It also came with an AM4 bracket which some of the other CLCs out there still don't have standard. If you use Intel, yep, that's also included.I have included a huge block of pictures so you can see what you get with this cooler and how it looks.

Worked for a while, then started leaking. Almost ruined my whole PC. It was great when it worked, but I didn’t expect it to fail spontaneously.

This cooler & company are great! It is a quality product. The metal mounting brackets are extremely solid bars of aluminum. The tubes are a fine weave and extra long & flexible, the fans are sturdy and very quiet with rubber corner mounts. Lastly the pump, i love the design, The glass tube that flows across is very nice. the pump isn't too big, the copper bottom seems well. The cooling performance is good. I believe the reviews of leaks are from users who have mishandled the pump and put too much pressure on the glass tube. This thing is solid and worth it, install it carefully and you will be proud of it. If leaks are still on your mind, then you can put some clear silicone around the glass tube bottom like i did to to make yourself feel better lol

I bought this product a few years go and I was really satisfied with the product until it started to leak at the water block. The pipe they used to show water flow going from the Rad to water block pushed itself out of the rubber seal and began a slow leak. There was no alarm or warning that the device was loosing fluid or that my computer was experiencing an overheat issue. My system went from running to a frozen screen. I did a hard shutdown and restart which brought the system online for a second at full power then dead. After repeated attempts to boot a opening of the case was required since there were no clear signs of hardware failure. After I pulled the front panel from my case the issue was apparent. There was liquid on my power supply. I traced the liquid back to the water block on the CPU.After a replacement of the power supply and heat sink. (Air Cooled Heat sink instead of liquids) I was able to boot the system but not all drives came back. I was missing all the mechanical drives and bluray player. I'm currently in the process of trying to retrieve the data from my hard drives but the Bluray player is shot. So, a replacement of all these drives was required.Now, if this failure didn't happen I wouldn't have a problem with this Cooler but instead it has cost me a few bucks that I wouldn't have to shell out if I went with Air cooled. The amount of added cooling performance I got from this device doesn't out weigh the cost when this fails.In summary I wouldn't recommend this product due to these issues. I wish I could say Customer Service was great but it has been 2 weeks with 3 emails and still no response. I hope this information keeps another user from having this issue.Finally, after a week I got a response and they had this to say. "Once it's past the 3 year warranty period it's at the customer's discretion to decide whether or not if wish to continue using the product as it's recommended to consider replacing ANY brand's liquid cooler around the 3-5 year mark." After receiving this my ticket was closed. Funny no where in the product description or instructions does it say that they recommend a replacement of this product with in that time frame. This is something people are supposed to know naturally I guess. The issue is I have been building computers and fixing them for the past 20 years and no where have I read that something like this is recommended. I would agree after 5 years you might want to look at a new machine due to technology advancing but to expect it to fail within it that 5 year time frame is ridiculous.

Recently I was trying to do some cosmetic upgrades to my computer, and decided to look into adding all in one liquid cooling while I was at it, as far as 360mm coolers go this is the best value I was able to find, and the lighted tubing coming from the CPU cooling block, looks fairly unique among coolers, especially at the $99 price point.I'd definitely recommend this cooler, I have had no issues with it at all.
