Not for me.
What suits one doesn't always suit another, sadly it did nothing for me.However this may not be due to the product as my mental health isn't good, I wouldn't say dont buy we're all different plus our skin is too.

Hydrating - a great mask for dry skin that feels but doesn't look like a mask...
I was surprised to see that no usage instructions were shown on this pack of Hemp Infused Super Natural Enzyme Mask from Dr Botanicals - so I had to refer back to the online description which indicates the mask should be kept on for 20 minutes and used '2-3 times per week for best results'. I've deducted one star for the lack of instructions as this is important. The product is aimed at dry skin and it contains Hemp Seed Oil, Pomegranate Enzymes, mineral clay and vitamins A, D and E.The green and white card branded box this arrives in looks good and would be suitable for gifting. Inside, the 60ml recyclable amber glass pot of mask with a plastic cover is commensurate with the brand. I found the small of this mask quite appealing. Putty coloured, it had a kind of nutty fragrance - very natural and non-synthetic.You can feel the face mask tightening skin. I've never had a face mask before where it wasn't immediately obvious I had one on. However, with this face mask, it barely shows - though you can tell it's working - which I like. This Dr Botanicals Hemp Infused Enzyme Mask is cruelty free, vegan friendly and made in the UK. Given how little needs to be used per application, though the pot is not large, I think this would last quite some time even used 2 or 3 times weekly. I'm using it in conjunction with Dr Botanicals' Hemp Infused Natural Nutrition Moisturiser and finding my skin is becoming more hydrated. It's easy to remove and left my skin feeling ultra cleansed. Note that the product is only good for 6 months after opening - a shorter shelf life than for many brands but Dr Botanicals is 97.94% natural. For the 60ml pot, in my view this is a quality product that's reasonably priced.

A good product with slightly confusing instructions
I love this brand and have quite a few of their products, this one has the same credentials but a slightly confusing method of use.I automatically assumed that this was a face mask like any other. I didn’t read the instructions on the box because a) the print is tiny and I struggled to see it properly and because b) I figured I already knew how to use a face mask and didn’t need to read the instructions.I’ve been using it therefore, as a normal face mask….. it’s light brown in colour, creamy texture no lumps, not much of a scent and I’ve applied it to my face avoiding the eyes. When you apply it, it doesn’t go on in a thick mask-like way so I applied a thick enough layer that my skin didn’t show through and then left it for 20 minutes. No irritation, the mask dried and firmed up like I expected it to and when I rinsed it off, my skin looked and felt great. So here’s the thing.I got a magnifying glass out today, to have a better look at the info on the box, and it actually says, that you should apply a ‘thin’ layer at bedtime, and then leave it on overnight? Rinse the next morning?I’m not entirely convinced I’d want to sleep all night with something on my face that needs rinsing off the next day? Because either it’s going to get absorbed into my skin or it’s going to end up on my pillow? So, I’m going to carry on using it as a 20 minute treatment mask as it’s how I’d prefer to use it, and I’m happy with the results from using it that way.

A pleasant mask let down by incorrect instructions on the packaging
This is a new product from the Dr Botanicals range and it is a shame that they have made an error on their first run of packaging saying you should apply this cream and leave it on all night. This is not correct, as other reviewers have noted, this is clearly a mask that you leave on for twenty minutes and then rinse off!The mask itself is pleasant, with a creamy texture and a light brown colour. The mask has a faint smell of hemp. It is easy to spread on and pleasant to wear. Washing this off with a hot towel was easy and my skin did feel softer and more moisturised with a pleasant elasticity to the skin. I have been using it every three days or so and my skin tone does seem to be improved: I have a more even texture to my skin and my normally dry skin feels nourished and has a glow after use.Overall a pleasant mask with decent results, but needs to have the packaging corrected!

Nice enough
I assumed that this would be a clay mask, but it's really more like an acid peel mask - I suppose the clue is in the description 'enzyme'. It does look like a clay mask in the pot, but though looking thick and opaque, it isn't when you apply it and it spreads thinly and almost starts to disappear as though it was a moisturiser. Leave on for 20 minutes and wash off. It does start to tingle after that time just like an acid peel mask would. In the same way it leaves the skin clean, exfoliated and smooth, but a little on the dry side (but then the same is true of most masks). Expensive for a small pot, but you don't need to use much at all for each application, so from that point of view it's not really as expensive as it seems.

Once you've worked out how long to have it on for...
Once you've worked out how long to have it on for, this enzyme mask is pretty awesome. I wouldn't leave it on overnight. There seems to be some confusion over this so I'll just tell you what I did. I washed my face as normal, with soap and water (I'm not fancy) and, after drying, I applied this mask. It goes on smoothly, like a moisturiser and doesn't stretch or irritate the skin, after twenty minutes, I washed it off and went about my business.Using a couple of times a week, this mask makes a big difference to troubled skin. I've had a few problems with adult acne - which is a major let down after an adolescence which ended some time ago - and this mask feels nice on the skin, the ingredients are nice and natural and my face feels smooth and fresh.Recommended.

No miracles, but great value for money!
Used 6 times over the oast 6 weeks and although it is not a miraculous nourishment for your tired skin, it does work and calms your blood vessels down - if you have rosea, it does give you an even tone for a few hours after. The effect is not long lived unfortunately, but gven the price, it will not break your bank even if you use it daily. Can recommend!
