It's a one for me, bad experience I bought this backpack for my brother, literally used it 2 times, it ripped. Ok cool I messaged them thru email since the time window to return was close. That was on January. Up to this date no respond it was a little rip but it was more about the experience for me. Poor communication poor quality.
