I used this product in seitan dough and also to season roasted potatoes. It worked very well for both uses. It tastes great and has a unique sweet but not too sweet flavor that I haven't tasted in other vegetable broth powders. Maybe from the fenugreek in it? I hadn't had that ingredient before using this. I like that it is a powder and I plan to make homemade backpacking meals with it in the future. I will repurchase it when I run out and I definitely recommend it to other people especially to other vegetarians/vegans!

Good Bouillon, small package but goes a long way. I like drinking chicken or beef broth so use it mostly to change up the taste you only need a small amount it is strong in flavor. So 1c water to 1c beef broth 1/4 tsp of veg. I love the fact it's ORGANIC!

I was not acquainted with Morga Vegetable Bouillon Powder, but it was recommended to me by the doctor overseeing my completion of a 14-day juice fast. When I asked why this particular brand, he said it was because it was organic and also contained natural sea salt. I drink about three cups of this each day and enjoy the flavor. The warm broth is satisfying and keeps me from feeling overwhelmed with hunger.It has a high price point, but a little of this (heaping teaspoon) makes one cup.

Trying to cook with as little animal by product as possible and this delivered! Great flavor... a little salty if you use too much but follow directions and your won't have the problem I did.

I eat cabbage soup daily; the stock I use is Pacific Foods Organic Vegetable Broth. The Pacific Foods Organic Vegetable Broth recipe has weakened, watery for some reason? The Morga flavor has made my soup broth hearty flavor!

I think if it wasn’t almost pure salt it would be great. Unfortunately it arrived without a lid opened in the box and spilled on all of my purchases that day since it’s not returnable I have not been able to reach anyone to send me another one. I wiped it off of my books and other things and I did taste it but it’s mostly pure salt. With less salt it would be an excellent product. I like that it has yeast in it which is B12.

I was so excited to receive this product since I’m doing a longer term juice feast and wanted something savory and warm. I went for this because it is listed as organic therefore I thought I would be safer using it. The taste was wonderful so I actually went back for a second cup. By the end of that cup my throat began to get quite sore and felt like it was closing. I couldn’t stop coughing. I thought maybe I was coming down with something until it progressively got worse through the evening yet I had no other symptoms. I started to chug water and debated taking Benadryl when it finally dawned on me that it could be the bouillon causing a reaction. I went to bed with a terrible stomach acid and acidic feeling coming up my throat. Needless to say I won’t be using this again. I don’t know if it was the yeast extract or the maltodextrin additive but something didn’t sit right with me. Can’t return because it’s a food product.

Easy to use but flavor is just ok, not great.
