GET THE OTHER ONE.
Disappointed. I have the same flashlight in the standard aluminum frame and liked it so much I decided to purchase this one. I think the aluminum model is almost the perfect flashlight. This one, even though it's supposed to have the same function as the aluminum one, doesn't work the same as the aluminum model. Here's my issue: The blue side button, on both, has a lockout, which is great. If you hold the button for several seconds (from the off position) it will turn on and then (continuing to hold it) will turn off. This is the lockout mode for the blue side button. From here you have to hold it for several seconds for it to turn on again. That works fine on both, but I can see it accidentally turning on again if you have it in your bag or some other condition which will hold the button for a few seconds unknowingly, and the button is too easy to press. Here's where the real issue comes in; The aluminum model also has a lockout on the end-cap. You can twist it to be certain it won't come on accidentally. The titanium model seems to be exactly the same as the aluminum model but the twisting function on the end either doesn't exist or doesn't work. I tried contacting the company to find out if the titanium model didn't have this function or it did and wasn't working but got no response from them. This is almost the limit of my disappointment.Beyond this it is an exceptionally well thought out flashlight. It's surprisingly bright for its size and the function of the side button is very good. I'm not a big fan of 'end-cap only' on and off, which everyone else seems to be doing these days. So I'm exceptionally fond of where they placed the on and off button, the blue button. The only thing I don't like about the button is it is a little too easy to turn on and off. I think it would've been smart(er) for them to recess the button a little or somehow put a small guard around it.I'd also like to see a infinite level of beam intensity. This isn't an absolute but it would be nice to have, as long as they put the 'blink' at the extremes of the intensity. The clip is a very nice clip, however it seems like it could slip off (off the flashlight) if put under the right pressure. I could see putting it on a belt, bending over and unintentionally removing the clip from the flashlight. Then you'll only own a $50 clip and the memory of a cool flashlight. So I think there could be an improvement there.Another improvement would be a beam focus. This isn't a must do, like the improvements I've listed above, but it would be nice to have as an option for the people who want/need that. Keep in mind I also think they should offer one without a beam focus if they did decide to offer one with it.So, don't get me wrong; this is a good flashlight but I wouldn't recommend the titanium model - as much as I'd like to. Rather, I'd highly recommend getting the aluminum model. The reduction of three stars here is more for customer service more than anything else, and maybe some for quality control.I hope the CEO of the company reads my post and makes the improvements I've listed here. If they do; they'll have the perfect flashlight.

Flashlight exploded withsuch force I thought id been shot. Google = 2 others since April
FLASHLIGHT EXPLODED! Wow, I thought id given this review already. Perhaps I was too upset and used.....bad language. 3 weeks old, on my belt in a sheath for protection, 2 week old eneloops. The batteries had been charged about one week before the blast, so not fresh of the charger. Flashlight was opened daily, so not alot of time for pressure to build up. Yet this blew with such force that I (US Army, 25th Inc, 3/22) thought id been shot and immediately grabbed my leg and applied pressure, looking for the hole. Then scoured the sofa for a hole....slowly the shock receded and I saw the flashlight parts need to me. I couldnt believe it could blow, let alone with such force.I immediately called olight.....to date still no response. I notified the seller, who was prompt in responding. Prompt to try to blame the batteries, repeatedly saying that I had probably purchased fake eneloops (more than once in a short two paragraphs). All with never inspecting the light or the batteries. The batteries were purchased from Amazon, showed no sign of distress. The light was in pieces. The seller claimed never to have heard of any olight having this happen before. Either a liar or acting as big businesses often do, sticking their heads in the sand in order to claim they saw nothing. Why, because I believe that if you are informed that a product you sold EXPLODED and have any professional integrity, you'd do at least a basic inquiry. It took me less than 20 seconds on Google to find two other Olight s15's exploding since April.I find the sellers willful ignorance particularly appalling. As well as their immediate passing blame on the batteries and insinuating the whole ordeal was my fault for buying from unreputable sellers (Amazon?) without even asking to see the light or batteries.AMAZON IMMEDIATELY REFUNDED THE COST OF THE LIGHT. I asked them to reevaluate their relationship with Edison bright and

Supreme LED lights
Strong, relatively light, bright, useable. All you can say about this light is that these are expensive, but are the best EDC lights.
