I love these Good Patches! They are subtle but really help. If I’m going to have a particularly long and stressful day I shape one on and forget about it until the end of the day when I realize that it has subtly helped me stay focused and on track throughout the entire day! Or if I need to get a good nights sleep I’ll use one of the night patches just to find that I slept better and restful the entire night! Haven’t tried them all yet but am looking forward to trying them all eventually. Only thing is. They are a little pricey so I tend to use them sparingly. Would definitely recommend giving them a try.

When I can keep them on, I feel they work. However, mine would come off my wrist by morning due to having my arm under my pillow to sleep. Too many times I would find this on a blanket in the morning, so I have really no idea if they do work or how well. This is a good company, but these are way too expensive for the amount you get. Search around and you can find some just as good for less and you'll likely get at least double for less money.

I’m not sure these give me all night sleep but I put them on my wrists every night b/c I’m a horrible sleeper. I also take a sleeping pill, but I think this patch helps me relax til my pill kicks in. Check with your doctor if you have issues with sleep.

I wanted this to be the solution for my difficulties with winding down and falling asleep. While it did help me fall asleep, I had crazy dreams that left me feeling completely unrested every night. I’ve heard that melatonin can have that effect on some people so it may be as much my fault as the products. Would definitely recommend trying on a night where performance isn’t vital the next day. Hope it works better for others!

I have been having trouble sleeping so I decided to try this patch. I felt nothing. Still didn't get much sleep. Don't waste your money

I use this and combine in with a instant chewable with melatonin. Together this is great
