A Must For Runners
When I'm on my longer runs I always bring a Gatorade gel with me. These are perfect for fueling mid-run to get some carbs back into your body which is so important during longer runs and races. This was my first time getting this flavor and I really enjoyed it. It's a little sweet but still very good.

Buy them at least once and test them out
These are delicious! and definitely help to improve my long distance running. Normally i start to get tired and not have as much energy right around 5 miles...but if i have 1 or 2 of these at about 4 miles i can go 8 and still feel great! Ive never actually been able to run more since I got these so ive never been able to put to the test how far I can go with one of these every few miles. I always run put of time or have to get to work. But I definitely see an improvement and it really helps with my Energy. If you run i would at least buy these once and test them out...whats the harm right?

Perfect for long runs
I’ll use two or three of these during a multi-hour run and they definitely keep me going. They are easy to pack and taste great. Only thing I don’t like is the narrow opening on the side. I can’t use one hand to push all the goop out unless I fold it, but since the opening is on the side instead of the middle folding blocks the goop from exiting.

Tasty
I found the Gatorade Mango flavor tasted good. The gel is not too thick like GU or other more concentrated energy gel. Because of that I found I can easily squeeze all of the gel out one handed and did not need water to wash it down my throat. For me that is the plus. The package is about 30% bigger than other gels but I can still fit a few in back pocket. By the way, it tastes more salty and less sweet than others and I found it easier on my taste bud.

Excellent Supplement to Long Runs
I was training for my first marathon and had real issues getting enough energy on the longer runs. I used hydration enhancers, salts, and chews. I always seemed to hit a wall when I got near 25k (which, given a marathon is 40k+ isn't so good). I bought these energy gels as the reviews were strong. I'm delighted I did... I took four packs with me on the marathon and used them in addition to eating a banana, raisins, and cashews. I finished in just under four hours and feel some credit is due to these gels. They taste fairly good (unlike Cliff gels I've had in the past) and--most critically--don't cause any stomach upset. The taste is innocuous which is a real plus...

Endurance Gels - Expiring on May 13, 2023
I love Gatorade and all their products. However, I am very disappointed in this purchase.I ordered a box of Gatorade Endurance Gels - Mango flavor (21 box count) on March 14, 2023. It was delivered on March 15, 2023.But after looking at the box, I see an expiration date of May 13, 2023.I see a lot of reviews who have the same issue. Maybe this inventory is just sitting in an Amazon warehouse and no one is monitoring it. Who knows? It's very unfortunate. I have to give a 1 star review.

Works well, higher in sugar & super salty
I bought these before my first half marathon. I used some during practice runs after running out of the usual brand I had used before & wanted to try something new. I didn't have any issues during training having 2-3 of these during long runs (11+ miles). The day of the race, I had one before the race (no other solid food,) then 3 more during the race itself. I could feel it working & helping keep my energy up during the race, but it gave me such bad stomach pains & diarrhea that I had to use the toilets 2x during the race itself, then also had the runs for 2 full days after. Part of that is from the race AND not having solid food before using these, which are higher in sugar than I'm used to. They are super salty and sugary, so be forewarned!

Couldn't have finished the marathon w/out these
These packets saved me. I burn glycogen pretty fast and I can feel fatigue start to set in after about mile 7. But if I eat one of these about 10 minutes later I definitely feel a surge. I have to continue eating one of these about every 2-3 miles. Unfortunately you don't get that many on the marathon course so carrying mine own was a life saver. The flavors have improved and I would say my favorite is pear but truthfully when you need one you don't really care about the flavor as long as you can get them down. I have tried mango, pear and blackberry and they’re all fine. Flavors and texture of these things have improved greatly over the years. And no stomach issues with these.
