Meguiar's Mirror Glaze Synthetic Sealant 2.0 – Advanced Shine & Protection for Your Car – M21, 16 oz

This is a product that I started using recently and I have had some pretty amazing results with. It is a paint sealant which protects paint from dirts, oil, UV rays and even moisture. This product works a treat and I really like it a lot. There is actually no wax in this at all, and all you need to do is apply it thin by hand or DA polisher using light pressure,spread product evenly over surface.Use overlapping strokes to ensure adequate coverage.Allow product to dry to a haze.I wait about 20 to 30 minutes usually and then wipe off with a quality microfiber cloth.Two coats is recommended.

FYI I am bias toward Meguiar's as I use all their products exclusively, I have been using the liquid wax for my truck but decided to give the sealant a shot as I heard great things about it. I applied it with the DA system and covered my entire vehicle prior to removing. I had doubts as to how easy it was going to be to remove once it sat for 15 minutes. To my surprise this EASY to remove, my truck looks amazing and this just made waxing my truck that much easier, I will stick with this product.

I have always used NXT on all of my cars until a coworker told me about this sealant. I take very good care of my vehicles which is a lot of work, and the longer treatment intervals with this appealed to me.I clay-barred, polished and applied this sealant to my 2009 Focus with 160k miles, and it looks and feels just as good as the car I bought 5 months ago! I am looking forward to spending less time waxing and more time admiring the shine.Tip: keep it thin. You will be surprised how little you need to use. Do a second coat on the horizontal surfaces after the initial coat cures.

I am a meticulous Corvette owner who uses Meguiar's products extensively. This product has a nice result. Easy to apply and easy to remove. The residue is thin and leaves no chalky caked-on dried product as it is removed. The result is a clean, glossy, smooth glass-like finish after each wash. The finish beads water. BEWARE! I parked my Vette outside at the coast without covering it. I was not happy as the night dew beaded on my hood and etched particulates that are DIFFICULT to remove, even after two applications of Meguiar's Scratch X. In conclusion, I like the product for all I said above. I will never again leave my car uncovered if I park it outside overnight. I may apply wax over the sealant in the future but I would rather not, because I would ideally prefer to periodically reuse this product to reseal the car every 3 months.

I don’t like messing with cars. But we have a new car, so I was hoping that technology had caught up with my car cleaning laziness. Well it has. I just want to keep the paint in good condition and keep it looking nice. I researched a bit and chose the Meguire’s M21 sealant and the Meguire’s wash plus. After washing, I applied the sealant with a folded up microfiber cloth. I waited a minimum of 10 minutes plus. Actually, I after the new car, I did my two others, covering the entire car and truck all at once. Waited the required amount of time, then very easily wiped them down. Now all my vehicles look super shiny. The paint feels like there is a slick glass coating upon it. I live in the country on a dirt road. This sealant has dramatically reduced the amount of dust accumulation to almost nothing noticeable. Before, after washing, you could see big clumps of dust and dirt all over the car right after drying. I know there are other steps that some would recommend in between what I have done, but I’m just not that into cleaning cars. How long will the sealant last without the other steps I cannot say, but if this sealant holds beyond a month, I will be very happy. After all it was very easy to apply.

I applied this product yesterday, and the sealant left a very smooth, glossy finish to the paint.When I first started to detail cars, I used liquid wax since it was easy to apply using a standard buffer. I switched over to traditional carnauba wax since it lasted longer and left a deeper, vibrant shine, even though application was more difficult since it was done by hand.This sealant, in my view, has the best of both worlds: the liquid product makes it easy to apply using a DA polisher and the final finish is just as crisp as canauba wax.In my experience, some cheaper waxes have a tendency to burn off quickly, especially in the hot summer days. I'll have to wait and see how well this product holds up in the coming weeks and months.

I don't know why I have been using wax for all these years when I should have been using sealant. I'm not one of those people who loves to clean my car every weekend. I like to clean it REALLY well and drive it. For years after a good cleaning, I have been waxing it which looks great and protects it... but only for a short time. However, this stuff seems to be much better lasting and more protecting. I know because bug and bird droppings can literally be flicked off the car with a fingernail for the first week after applying it and it's almost a month later and the water still beads on the car. This will be my new go-to after I give my car a good wash.

Super high gloss shine almost like a ceramic coating. Was pretty easy to use, applied with a yellow meguires polishing pad. Used meguires ultra cut and mirror glaze with red pad before applying this and man, what a shine. This stuff doesn't stick super hard like some waxes so taking it off even with a microfiber towel was pretty easy and results fantastic. Tried it on metallic paints and a black painted car, no swirls, just high gloss and it was moderately hot day. They recommend doing it in a cooler spot but the sun came out and had to finish in the sun and it still came out great! Recommend this to any car enthusiast.

I usually apply a top tier wax. This product is a small improvement. I recommend.

Decided to try this after seeing so many recommendations. It does a fantastic job hiding/filling very light swirl marks on my black car.

Amazing!! I applied and left it curing for 24 hours before removing, car looked amazing. Then I applied a second coat - and boom! thing became a mirror. Awesome product!

Easy to apply and it delivers a perfect shine protective film. Amazing to see the water not sticking in the paint.

I never used other sealants before but I know this one works great on my wrb subaru. Brings out the color and makes it smooth as silk . Water runs off .

The product was easy to apply and buf and produced a good shine.
