Beautiful quality Italian leather bag. Comparable to a similar bag I bought in Florence years ago. The bag has ample pockets in front and back and is roomy inside. Straps can be worn singularly or spilt to wear as backpack. The bag is medium. Not much bigger than 5x7 frame. See pic. Perfect for travel which is what I wanted. Can’t wait to use. Note the red color is more garnet than red. I purchased red and black. Looks classy. Love the bag. Storage bag is nice addition as well. As it comes from London, it will take some time - shipment to delivery was 10 days and you will have to sign for the package. Highly recommend.

I have been looking for a stylish and secure convertible sling/backpack handbag and this one is perfect for my needs. It's very well made, easily converts from a sling bag to backpack and is functional and a beautiful color. It zips closed at the top but the way it closes keeps everything secure without needing to be zipped/unzipped every time I use it; a bonus while nursing a broken wrist. I won't hesitate to buy another Primo Sacchi leather bag in the future.

Anj and Paul hit it out of the park with this bag! It's so convenient and it's well made inside and out. I love it and there is not one negative thing about it. I have 2 friends who already plan to purchase one. Anj and Paul were excellent about keeping in touch and letting me know where the bag was on its way here and answered any questions I had. I hope they continue to sell this bag and any other items. I found them to be trustworthy and honest - so refreshing. I am still amazed at how well this bag is made and the style of it is so cool! This is a beautifully crafted bag, simply gorgeous! It is also convertible to different styles (cross body, shoulder).However, the feature that caught my interest was the zipper strap. Unfortunately, the straps are too long and it's awkwardly fitting. I am going to have to return it because it just doesn't work for my body. I will definitely recommend your shop if anyone asks about beautiful leather bags! I wish you the best of luck!

I recently purchased this bag to replace one just like it that I'd had for almost three years of daily use. That's how much I like this bag. As of this writing, there are three different brands on Amazon offering what appears to be precisely the same bag. There are some slight variations in the lining among the three brands, and this particular one has an additional inside pocket intended for a phone.Pros:-Multiple configurations. You can wear it as a backpack, sling it over a shoulder, or carry it by the handles. It's a breeze to unzip the strap for backpack wear, then rezip it so it's neater.-Size. For some, it may seem small but it holds the essentials. I'm not a very big person, and this bag looks just the right size on me.-Convenience. I find it very easy to put the backpack on, even over a winter coat, and take it off. I keep my phone in the outside, unzipped pocket and can reach the phone without removing the backpack. Because of the way the top is held tight when you're wearing the backpack, I rarely zip the main compartment and no one can tell.-Durability. In the almost three years I used the predecessor, no zipper broke or jammed, nothing tore, and even the handles didn't become discolored from sweat and skin oils.-Attractiveness. I have gotten lots of compliments on this bag.Cons:-For me, the way the leather softens over time is a negative, although some may consider that an advantage. I purchased a replacement because the leather had softened to a point that my phone would slip out of the open pocket when I bent over. (There is an inside pocket intended for a phone, if you choose to keep it inside the bag.) But three years of solid use out of a sub-$100 bag is pretty good.-The zippered pockets - one on the front (under the diagonal flap) and one in the back - are not especially large. I keep incidental items in these pockets, although you could fit a passport (just barely) into either pocket. You certainly wouldn't want to put anything bulky in those pockets.

Good quality leather, plenty of room inside, sufficient pockets and most importantly, secure handles.

First off, from the day I ordered the bag (coming from the UK) to the day it was on my doorstep (in Canada) was only 9 days. Very impressive!The bag is beautifully made with soft leather and great workmanship. I ordered the black with brown.It is a tad smaller than I thought it would be, but not an issue at all. It'll still hold my full size wallet, a 10.5" tall water bottle, with room to spare, in the main compartment. There's an inside pocket, and outer zippered pocket.Since I got this bag for traveling, I love that it is 'pick-pocket' deterrent when wanting to wear as a back-pack because of the way it zips up. The main zippered compartment is tucked inside.Lastly, the customer service is exceptional. I was emailed by Ang and Paul when the bag was ready for shipping, again when it shipped with tracking info right to my door, and again just following up on the order as I should have received it. On top of that, a lovely hand written note was on my invoice / packing slip thanking me for my purchase, and to contact them if there were any issues or questions.I would 100% purchase from Primo Sacchi again!Thank you for a beautiful product and amazing service, Ang and Paul. I first came across this bag design with a purchase from a leather store in Florence, Italy. When I wanted another bag the same design without travelling to Italy, I found this product - and it is the real deal. With its high-quality materials and manufacturing, it's long-lasting. This florentine design is classic for a reason. It has two external zip pouches for quick reach for whatever (a pen, a business card, a lipstick), a top zip for security, long straps that convert the bag into a classy mini backpack (handy when hands are full with other shopping). With no end to the variety of colours, this is the only design I ever want to have in a bag.

Bag was just what we were looking for, price was a bonus.

So happy with this bag! Colour and size are exactly as described (dark navy). Chic/elegant. Smooth, soft leather but not so soft that it flops. I wanted a bag that can be worn slung over my shoulder most of the time, but able to convert to a backpack when necessary. Fits the bill perfectly! Inside is a small zippered pocket that is large enough to hold my passport, plus a narrower, long, soft leather patch-pocket for my cellphone. Interior fabric is robust poly/nylon with some heft. Two outer zippered pockets are narrow and long - good for quick access to my reading glasses. Excellent customer service - item was shipped within 12 hours of placing the order, and I received it six days later.
