Great Taste, Quality Ingredients
I enjoy drinking smoothies and specialty drinks with regard to wellness, so when I saw this smoothie powder on Amazon, I wanted to try it. Overall, I find that it is made from recognizable ingredients and has a uniquely great taste and an enjoyable texture. However, I do have some problems with this particular smoothie powder.Firstly, I really do like this shake powder. As I mentioned, it has a unique flavor; among a market of boring chocolate or vanilla smoothies, this vanilla cinnamon flavor stands out to me. The cinnamon is a bit overpowering of the vanilla, yet it is still enjoyable. Do note that this powder has some small, brown "chunks" in it that add a little bit of grit to the texture; to me, having very small pieces to crunch in my drink is nice. Even with this texture, I find it completely drinkable with no issues; it dissolves quite well. You get 1.2 lbs of this product with purchase. The serving size is 1/3 cup (44g), and there are 12 servings per bag. For me, I personally only use about 20g or so in a drink. I see this as more of a flavor enhancer than a "protein powder," as I do not need a lot of this powder to have an enjoyable drink. Not to mention, this powder is low in sugar, has decent calcium, and is rather high in protein content (see my included images for details). I appreciate how I can recognize and read most of the ingredients. After drinking, I do not feel discomfort in my stomach, so I believe that it settles well.I do have some flaws that I've found with this product, however. Firstly, and most noticeably, is the high price on the product. At the time of writing, this bag costs $55. This works out to over $4 per serving, which is quite high for a wellness/protein/energy powder. If this is affordable for you, I think it may be worth it. Besides this, I do not know when the expiration date of the powder is. On my bag, I see what looks to be an expiration date (7/6/2022), yet this date is far past the date when I ordered this package (12/30/2022), so I do not think it is the expiration date. If it is, then this package arrived expired. If not, I cannot find when mine expires.Overall, this shake powder tastes uniquely good and settles well for me. I find that I feel good after consuming it, so I am happy using this powder. Given the high quality, recognizable ingredients, I feel comfortable drinking this regularly. If the price tag is not a problem for you, I would recommend this powder; if it is expensive for you, perhaps look to a more affordable powder.

It's Ok
Didn't love the flavor, but I'm not a huge cinnamon fan anyway and I was able to at least still enjoy things for the most part mixing it in with some milk and cereal. It didn't dissolve completely with just a cup of milk but I don't mind that.I got this more as a protein powder supplement so I don't know much about the mushroom aspects or all the ingredients but it's a bit too high calorie relative to the protein content and the $50+ cost for only 12 servings isn't great value IMO. I also didn't notice any difference in my life taking this daily so take all the health/nutrition claims with a grain of salt.Overall though it's not bad and if you're a big fan of cinnamon it's a solid choice that I think most people will enjoy.

Not My Favorite Flavor
Ok so I had high hopes about this shake as far as the flavor goes and I just don’t like it. It tastes weird. I can’t even begin to tell you why I guess it feels like the cinnamon that’s in there is really pronounced. Not spicy either more like texture that bothers me. It’s like eating cinnamon off the spoon. Just odd, now that doesn’t mean that they are offering a bad product. Most things that are this healthy and good for you don’t taste very good. Given what all is in here and naturally doesn’t taste well I must say you are getting a great value for your money. At least they tried to hide the earthy tastes you get with all those super healthy supplements. For instance Reishi and cordyceps don’t necessarily taste very good any time I’ve had them in a drink. Which is why I opt for capsules typically but it’s not so bad you can’t drink it. There’s a ton of health things I eat but don’t like the way they taste so this will be another to add to that list. Maybe a chocolate flavor would be better for me. I’ll have to try a different flavor to see I think. I would definitely recommend try this however since the benefits to your health in my opinion outweigh the fact that it’s not my favorite flavor. It’s not but it’s not terrible either.

Nice as a meal replacement
I mixed this with unsweetened almond milk and used the immersion blender to mix it. The taste was very good. Strong notes of cinnamon. The only reason I dinged a star is because I could never fully get the powder to dissolve. It had a slightly powdery texture as I was drinking it. Not enough to be a deterrent, but worth noting. I replaced breakfast with this and I found it to be a satisfying start to the day.

Good flavor, but does not blend well into a smoothie
Hard to give this a bad review because I really enjoy the flavor of this protein powder, however, I have been unable to get this to blend in and not taste gritty -- really the most important thing about a protein powder. The flavor is vanilla and has a cinnamon/clove like finish -- it's odd but I really like this. I've been blending primary with oat milk but have also tried adding nut butters, yogurt (nonvegan), ice, and frozen fruit. The resulting smoothie is always gritty which is a huge turnoff for me when blending protein powders in.As it sits, I probably won't get this again. If graininess doesn't bother you I'd check this out.

Pretty tasty
I think that this vanilla cinnamon flavored smoothie tastes good considering it’s a plant based drink- I’ve tried quite a few. It’s got a decent consistency and mixes fairly well. If you add a frozen banana, it’s pretty amazing, but I like bananas. The only thing I don’t like is the cost. At this price point there are lots of other options that are just as good, that also cost less and potentially with more benefits like lower in carbs (this one has 17 grams total) or less sugar (this one has 5 grams).
