I got 3 of these trackers to take on holiday incase of any of the family kids get lost. I got these ahead of time to set up and test in real like situations.First off all, accuracy is off, sometimes it is correct and sometimes off by 40+ yards, and Traki knows it (they placed a disclaimer on the app). Traki company turned off Bluetooth from the apps as they are trying to "fix" it. I have been contacting support to get the product set up as best as I can, all the info I get is basic copy and paste info I already read online, not much help there. This is very limited tech and needs more focus on troubleshooting.If you are using these trackers for kids, it is too risky at this point. Go for a better gps tracker that is fully working as they promised even if it costs more. Or double up with traki + AppleTag (to cover for Bluetooth). I've bought this as my daughter has a habit of wondering off and we are going abroad soon, I searched far and wide looking for GPS wristbands, badges etc aimed at parents who want to keep their children safe but there isn't any so this is the next best option and she's really excited to wear her new accessory.I had to contact support when I purchased a 2nd tracki to keep our dog safe too, GM was amazingly helpful and quick to respond, customer service seems amazing and I definitely would recommend them as a company... I purchased this to use for our son to give him some independence. We’ve been using for about a week, and so far it does exactly what I expected it to. Granted my son’s radius that he is allowed to wander from home is under a mile at the moment so I haven’t tried greater distances but I can’t see why it wouldn’t cover a wide area, it certainly appears it would. I can track my sons location very easily in real time and it updates quickly. We have also tested the SOS button function and myself and my husband were alerted. It has given some peace of mind. I think the subscription of 9.99 seems reasonable

Really loved the product. And would highly recommend it to others. It's easy to setup and user friendly . They also follow up to check on the product and get a feedback.Belle from the Customer support team was very helpful in helping me get a lifetime warranty for the product. Will suggest other users to get the same Product.

Didn’t notify outside of the app that there was movement when tracking. Battery life was really bad in fact it stopped working all together after 2 weeks.
