Goodthreads Mens Short-Sleeve Washed Pique Polo Shirt

This polo is the perfect length. Sleeves stop halfway down my upper arms, the shirt stops halfway down the zipper of my pants. Not snug but not baggy. Comfortable in the shoulders & chest. About myself (6ft, 175lbs), wearing a medium.Not heavy weight & not flimsy either. I'm happy with this purchase so far... let's hope it breaks in nicely too after a few washes.

I'm mainly writing on behalf of tall men. I'm 6'4" and 200 lbs and ordered the large navy. It fits great. Pit to pit is 22.5". Length down back from base of collar is 29". Why they don't provide this sort of measurement, I'll never know. Sleeves are 9" long and fairly snug, as you'll want them, though could be a little snugger. But I haven't washed it yet. And I probably will hang it to dry because I don't want much shrinkage. Fabric is nice--nicer than Gap, which after discounts costs about the same, and fit is similar, which in my view is very positive. Fit is much better, and more athletic/modern, than the boxy Amazon Essentials polo. Has a sort of pre-washed quality about it; color is ever so slightly faded. Overall excellent. I may revisit after a couple of washings but right now it feels like 4.5 stars.

The quality, cut snd price of this shirt are very nice indeed. My issue is the fit. The model is 6'2" and is wearing a medium size shirt. I am 6'2", 210 lbs and a 45" chest. There is no way a medium would have fit me. I ordered a large shirt and it fits but I would have preferred a bit more room and it was not available in a XL. I have washed and dried it once. I was careful about the heat and it still fits. More care in drying will be needed. Other than that I am very happy with this purchase. Review part 2. Perhaps my shirt was labeled incorrectly but it does not fit. I read the reviews about the shirts being too large. This is simply not my experience. I have to return the shirt. After proper washing #2, the sleeves are 3" above my elbow. The torso is close to my belt line and the chest is very snug. I could wear it but I would not swing a golf club as it would expose more than I care to show. Again, I am 6'2", 210 and a 45" chest, 36' waist. Amazon essential cotton shirts, large, fit me perfectly. Washed 3+ and dried.

I ordered this shirt and Amazon Essentials Pique Polos in both regular and slim fit. All are very nice shirts. This one has a more substantial fabric than the Amz Essentials shirts and drapes very nicely. I'm 6'1" 175 and the medium fit me well through the torso, just like most mediums do. I kept the regular fit Amz Essentials Polo and returned this one for one specific reason--the Goodthreads shirt has shorter sleeves, to the point where an undershirt can poke out from underneath them unless it has very short sleeves. If you don't wear an undershirt, and if you have strong arms, this shirt would probably look great. It wasn't as good an overall fit for me, though, because I like longer sleeves and these are quite short. (I've also recently tried on pique polos at places like Gap and Uniqlo, and this one fits kind of like those in the sleeves. I guess shorter sleeves are in style. They don't look good on me, though.)

The fabric has a nice, premium feel and the colors appear to be holding up well after four washes (cold water). Sizing is odd, I purchased two of these shirts, one in blue and the other in white, and the white is significantly bigger. These are longer shirts, I ordered a small and am 5'11, and I feel like it's almost too long to wear untucked.The one issue I have with this shirt is that the collar shrunk. At first, the collar was oversized for the shirt, but after four washes with no dryer use, the collar has shrunk significantly. It almost feels intentional. I bought it for $13.99, definitely worth that, probably worth $20, too.

I have been trying out Amazon Wardrobe and I think I'm done. I had a fiasco with shorts (different review), and I ordered 3 of these polos in different colors, along with another polo in a different style. All were medium. One was very tight, one fit perfect, one fit a little large, but not awful. But the point being, three variations on the same shirt, same brand, it would be nice if we could count on a little more consistency with something as basic as sizing. Can't escape that old adage, you get what you pay for lol.

I needed a few new polo's because my tried-and-true Banana Republic polos were starting to wear out. I ordered these to dip my toes into the Goodthreads line without breaking the bank.Generally, they're not bad. The material is a bit stuff but will likely soften over time and could be improved with some fabric softener. My biggest complain is the length. I like my shirts to stop right below my belt, and these extend another 2-3". I've never had this problem with a shirt before. I've washed and dried them several times which has definitely helped - if this wouldn't have worked, they probably would've sat in my closet.

This is a good quality all cotton pique polo shirt. It's cut to show off your pecs and bicepts and its roomier than most in the belly area. Other retailer might call it a "muscle cut." It is not flattering on my 60 year old bod and I am returning it.

A little big but it's still okay; I bought a smaller size but it didn't fit at all. Good quality and the price is reasonable. The brand is actually owned by Amazon themselves for those that didn't know.
