It works with LG computer monitors
The mount came on a colored cardboard box with a picture of a snazzy living room, which was nice. Upon opening the box, I found the wall mount enveloped in a soft kind of plastic which protected it from scratches, although I find it hard to believe that the material could be scratched by the cardboard. The mount came with various screws, and four of them were #10 screws which are long and thick. I used only 2 to fix the mount to my brick wall, because it's a brick wall and the LCD screen I hung was only 22" and not too heavy. I hung my LCD monitor that is attached to my laptop via a DVI cable on the wall as I was tired with the poor position on my desk. Now the screen height is much more comfortable. I mounted it on a corner so I can move the screen freely around, and I'm very pleased with the result. A piece of advice is that if you're going to use this to hang a computer monitor, make absolutely sure to test the positioning because once it's in, you won't want to drill other holes on your wall, so make sure that the height is comfortable to use. This mount allows the screen to be moved sideways, back and forth, and also allows for tilting so the screen can be at an angle vertically, but bear in mind that this mount cannot be moved up and down, so if you fix it at a certain height, it will be like that unless you drill new holes and mount it in the new position.I love to be able to move the screen how I want depending on the position I'm sitting at the desk, and the mount has been holding my screen nicely. It's not too slack, just enough to allow it to be moved to a certain position, and it stays there. There's no cable management but who cares, it's only around £13 with delivery! It's painted in a matte finish and the only thing that I could complain about is that the bolts that hold it together are kind of silver in color so they don't match the overall build of the mount, but that's fine because it's behind the screen so no one will see them.I'd definitely recommend this for monitors up to 24" because that's my experience with it, and I can confidently say that for the price I paid, it's a good product.Another thing that I think is worth mentioning is that the product that I received is not like the one in the picture. The back plate that goes on the LCD is removable but it is very large, therefore doesn't match what is in the picture, but since the product looks good and is performing well, I did not return it. If you want what is being shown on the picture, then it could possibly have been a mistake by the seller, or it could actually be that the picture is just representative and the actual product will vary, although the description matches what the product actually does, so in terms of usability it's spot on.Bottom line? Buy it... it will serve you well, but don't expect top of the line here. If you want absolute quality, you'll have to part with more cash for something else.

Excellent Value and Great Delivery Service
Even after reading the positive reviews and having my expectations heightened, I was still pleasantly surprised when I opened the box less than 36 hours after ordering online from Technology Solutions (N Ireland) via Amazon and saw the quality of the item. At [...] including p&p, I consider this excellent value.I've yet to fit the bracket to the wall, but I don't share the same reservations as one or two other reviewers about the quality of the fixings (wall screws/ plugs) supplied. The ones included in the item delivered to me look first class and well fit for purpose! I'm extremely pleased with every aspect of this purchase which is to accommodate a 4.3Kg 22" LG LCD TV on an internal plasterboard stud wall. The weight of the TV is well inside the 15Kg design limit for the bracket, a factor also important to me, for the reason below.I particularly wanted a bracket with a two-screw vertical wall-fixing geometry, with a narrow wall footplate. This, to me at least, is more likely to ensure secure fixing into the wooden stud behind the plasterboard. I'd have been less happy with a three (triangular) or four (rectangular) -screw arrangement and expecting all three or four screws to securely "hit" the stud behind the plasterboard. This TV won't be moved much, if at all, when located and so I have no concerns about movement-induced loosening over time. However, the kit does come with an Allen Key for tightening and loosening articulated bearing joints.Purchasers should be aware that it'll probably be a two-person task to fit the TV/Monitor to the unit. The VESA plate of the bracket, attaching to the back of the TV, isn't detachable or a "slip-on" or "hook" fitting and requires the TV to be held in position while screws are secured through the VESA plate to the rear of the TV once the bracket has been fitted to the wall. No hardship at all for a 4.3Kg 22" TV. Maybe more of an issue with heavier/ larger TVs.

Solid, simple and excellent value
This TV arm seems very solid and is simple to fit. The outer arm is slightly shorter than the inner arm so you can push the TV back to the wall in either of two positions depending which side you push the hinge. There is no rotation adjustment at the TV end but the bottom screw hole is a short horizontal slot allowing a little adjustment once you have it on the wall. Some TV brackets have a curved plate for the tilt adjustment which trys to get the centre ot rotation near the TVs centre of mass so that it will stay in any position. This bracket does not have that arrangement but uses a simple hinge with an alan key bolt to tighten so it doesn't move. This seemed to work very well for me, it feels like there is some kind of plastic rachet so it is possible to have it stay where positioned without being so tight you can't move it.Large black headed screws were supplied together with standard wall plugs, also two sets of screws to go into the back of the TV with different threads. The only problem I had was that the screw holes in the back of the TV were very shallow so the screws hit the back of the hole and stopped before they were tight in the bracket, using an extra washer (not supplied) solved the problem. My only reservation is that there are only two holes to fix it to the wall, so it's really relying on just the one screw at the top to stop it falling off the wall. A second screw hole hidden behind the upper arm would be a good idea. All in all a good product and excellent at the price of £10.99 I paid.
