Green Pasture Blue Ice Fermented Skate Liver Oil - 120 Capsules

I'm about 3/4 of the way through this bottle, so now feel qualified to leave a review. It's absolutely brilliant. Inside I feel lubricated, I know it is benefitting all my organs. At 42 years, I feel younger, after a while the fishy burps disappear and that was the only negative with these tablets. They've been helping me sleep, which has allowed my anxiety to dissipate. My dreams are vivid, and my cortisol levels have dropped because I dont feel stressed anymore. You need to stick at them for a bit, but they have been fantastic. I will update this review if this is the magic pill that finally helps me fall pregnant.

I have been suing this product for several months now and the results are plain to see. My hair is shinier than ever before, my nails stronger and my skin glowing and clear. It has also improved my general mood. Helped with PMT. My general improvement in appearance and mood has been commented on my several family members and friends. I feel better so I am eating better, exercising more. All in all, I would definitely recommend this product. Not the cheapest but very good value for money.Perhaps the only negative is that is does sometimes repeat on me. So no I take it at bed time so I don't notice :-)

Have been buying it for years, great product!

These pills are easy to swallow and for me left no aftertaste.I was taking one a day each evening after food.After a week or two my dreams became so vivid. This was really enjoyable !!I continued taking them for nearly a year then decided to have a rest from the dreams for a few months.I am going to restart again now, really looking forward to it :-)

Been taking them for a month, no taste when you take them but the fishy taste comes up with a burb after an hour or so then disappears. I feel much better with joint pain an has helped with morning stiffness.

First day was fine. Second day, had the fishy oil repeat on me. 🤢 Not pleasant. Very similar to cod liver oil. Was forced to take cod liver oil as a child, so probably more sensitive to it than other people. Will keep at it & update my review.

I've only been taking this for a week and often only one capsule a day, but my dreams are much more vivid and I remember them a lot easier so it must be having an affect on my pineal. I also have sore wrists and hopefully they will improve in time. I think these products are worth taking, even occasionally.

I have been use this product for a number of year as I do have some joint issues especially in my hands. A few months ago I stop using it ... mainly due to me being too lazy to oder a new bottle and as I have not experienced some joint pain for a number of months to a year.... within 4 weeks the joint pain in my hands flared up.... so I order a new bottle and starting taking two capsules a day in the morning.... one week later ...... joint pay gone... most definitely does it work.

This product is amazing. I have been taking it for a few months now. Two a day every morning with a slice of Killer Daves Bread with Kerrygold unsalted butter. No bad taste. I feel great, no more sinus headaches. I sleep better. My muscles are not as achy. Both my husband and daughter cought a cold and I was not affected. My husband wouldnt try the Skate Liver however I had my daughter take it for 3 days durring sickness and hers cleared much faster than my husbands by a weak. Love this and am now waiting on my second delivery. Updated add on 08/15/2013. Im not sure howmany months Ive been taking this now but Im sure its almost a year. about 17 years ago I attended a company Christmas party. Sad to say a woman stepped on my toe with her stiletto. My toe nail had never been the same. It always grew dented and torn at the spot that was injured. I have always been embarrassed of it. To my surprise I recently realized I no longer have this issue. When I went for my pedicure I noticed its as if its disappeared and have never been there. Its healthy strong and beautiful. Amazing to have that issue for 17 years and now its healthy again. Even my pedicurest was amazed. I know its from the skate liver oil pills. I strongly stand behind this product. I continue on ordering this however I have signed up with Green Pasture and now have an account with them as they send coupons now and then.

Has the dark color of orange which lets you know you are getting the real richness of the oils.
