Really helps with my energy level! It has made a tremendous difference to my energy,I notice the difference if I don't take it for a few days, my energy seems to drop.

Not that impressed
Taste is not good I have to say and I'm not sure I got any benefit from taking it. Still got a bad case of flu/cold this year. Very expensive unless they are half price. Think I'll just stick to fresh fruit and veg.
