Very good for the price but a few changes make it even better
Airwave 3x3mtr Black Pop Up Gazebo, FULLY WATERPROOF, INCLUDES WindBar and Four Sides and Bag. Price paid £87.99I have had two of these. The first one got damaged in the storms last year. While I think it is good value for the price and have given it 5 stars I think it could be substantially improved. It's relatively easy to put up and take down but there are a couple of areas where it could be improved. As delivered it is not really sturdy enough to leave up over the summer despite the addition of leg weights. As soon as the wind picks up there is the risk that it will get blown out of shape. It needs to be anchored but the guy ropes it comes with are a bit thin and the anchor points are not over sewn enough. Likewise the leg cover section have two hooks attached by elastic. The elastic has a tendency to fray. The gazebo comes with a single strengthening arm, windbar, which connects one side to the opposite side. Unfortunately this doesn't stop it from moving enough. The side panels are either a solid section with a zip on the middle or a plastic windowed section with no zip. There are two of each and this is a problem if you have it in a corner of the garden with fencing on two side. The reason this is a problem is that you either have a door or a window which a little too restrictive. If you have a sewing machine then you may be able to make the changes we made that have allowed it to stay erected in the garden for the last 6 weeks despite heavy rain and strong buffeting winds. We over sewed the four anchor points at the top then over sewed the elastics on the leg covers. I got some stronger guy ropes. Because we sited it on paving bricks we were able to fix it with eyelets to the bottom of fencing panel posts. I crossed over the guy ropes on the two hidden sides which has allowed a strong attachment. One thing that we still have to do is to take the zip out of one of the original door panels. We are then going to cut through the centre of the window panel and sew the zip into place. This will give a door panel with a window and allow more light. We also have both strengthening windbars in place crossed over so that all sides are strengthened.I would have happily paid another £20.00 for these changes and I think it would change the gazebo from a really good item to a really great item .

Great value for money
Ordered this to go over our Lay-z Spa. (If you have a Lay-z Vegas it's a perfect size for it.)First thing you notice is the weight, its fairly heavy and is easier managed by two people. The instructions tell you to put it up first to see how it works before you attach the canopy, we didn't bother we dove straight in and put the canopy on.Putting it up is easy, and after the first attempt will probably only take 10 minutes, first time is a bit longer - you need check none of the connectors have become stuck in transit. The pegs that come with it are a bit flimsy but the pre drilled holes in the feet probably wont take anything bigger, perhaps the optional weighted feet may be worthwhile (on amazon). The sides are easy to fit, the material seems fairly sturdy and the stitching appears ok, but I don't think it would stand too much heavy wind.It hasn't been used in the rain yet so can't comment on whether its waterproof. All in all, an impressive piece of kit for the money and I would recommend it. Incidentally, Argos have one that looks the same for £110. - only £87 on Amazon :)

Waste of money
I wish I could give this zero stars. I took a chance on this after seeing the mixed reviews and really wish I hadn't. The gazebo is a pop up design intended for two people to quickly put up and down. My husband and I (both in our 30s) struggled to get the frame up. The four corners need to be pulled out and away from each other at the same time, leading the frame to make a bigger square. This may not seem to bad at first but it's impossible for you to pull two corners out simultaneously when they are 2-3 meters apart. So you end up running back and forth between the corners pulling the same distance as your partner in order to get the thing up without damage. Once it was far enough apart the side beams didn't look like they did in the picture and seemed to hang low on two sides even when locked in place. Once we'd tied and Velcro'd all the sides on we noticed the poor stitching and loose threads on some of the panels. We decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and left it up. There were light winds in the afternoon and I sat inside for about 20 mins before calling the husband back out to take it down. It was like sitting in a haunted house and with every shake by the wind I was convinced it was going to fly off (yes we used the leg weight bags provided and filled them). While dismantling it 2 Velcro tabs came off and when we put it back in the storage bag (made out of the same flimsy material) there was a tear in the bottom of the bag!I've done my fair share of ikea flat packs, built wardrobes, laid carpet etc so I'm used to reading odd instructions and figuring out how things go together but this was just a cheap, flimsy, mistake. This is the first item I've ever returned to Amazon. Beware, if you return this you have to pay to get it picked up due to the size and weight. So if you're thinking of taking a chance on it, think carefully.

Volvería a comprarla
