Cheaper. Says it is good, but no list of amino acids. Unsweetened.
I suppose that it is OK. I don't really know, as the amino acid composition is not shown. Taste is very blah, but not overloaded with artificial sweetener, as some are. It is cheaper than others.CONS: I did not really feel the boost which I usually get in a couple of days after restarting to take amino acids. So, I can't really say that it is wonderful. I just don't know.

I need the calories but tastes poor.
This certainly does not taste like fruit punch. I mix it with Sprite and it is tolerable.

Is what I had post op
If you had any gastric surgery this is the high protein liquid they give post op, yes the taste is sweet and it has an almost like syrup in consistency but this is what my stomach can hold. It is not vegan which may be important to some. This is not a protein supplement for work outs and such but more for any weightless surgery instead.
