The capture quality is fantastic and the app is decent
I researched Dash Cams for a while, read tonnes of reviews and then bit the bullet and went for this one.I didn't need one with a screen, that wasn't important. The important stuff that I needed was discreet looking (although the silver ring isn't discreet) and a decent parking mode as my car has been the subject of a few car park bumps where people have hit the car and drove off. For that to be effective the kit had to be hardwired which took about 20 minutes to do with a kit you can purchase from here. The clips that come in the package help make the fitting tidy. The capture quality is fantastic and the app is decent, a bit slow downloading to your phone but otherwise good. The magic button is a great feature too. I'm contemplating getting another 1 for the wife's carI would recommend this to anyone

Well thought out camera, but you need a phone to set it up
The difference between this and the T1 & T2 is that they have a battery, whereas this has a "super cap". The battery ones obviously last a few minutes when the power is disconnected, whereas the "super cap" is just to make sure that the camera shuts down properly.Note no GPS. GPS is not only useful for giving your location, but for setting the time and date and indicating your speed. However, reliable video capture is more important and this camera seems to do this well for the few hours I've tried it.Very nicely boxed! Long USB cable, USB power adaptor has two USB sockets (one spare for a phone, other for camera). There are spare sticky pads should you mismount it.Video Quality is good (not excellent, but adequate for a dash cam). The edges are little blurry, but that to be expected for wide angle lenses. Does seem a little dark (under exposed) but the details are all there. Can mount either way up (auto rotates image). You need a phone/tablet to specify the settings (and set time and date). I recommend testing the Wi-Fi connection before you remove any of the protective coverings. The Wi-Fi works - its not seemless connecting to it - but no worse than any other Wi-Fi camera device. The app is straightforward, and whilst it invites you to setup an account you can just bypass this. The videos captured are 1080p MP4's (10Mbits/s), and audio is capture is good enough to be useful. Take out the SD card, put into a PC and you can read them there. Not sure about the usefulness of the button - I'd be running it in looping mode. If there is a sudden stop (or pot hole) it beeps at you and archives a few seconds of video (pre and post event) in an "urgent" folder. Space is reserved in the "urgent" folder even if you are using it in looping mode.PS: Change your password on the camera using the App. Connect to the Dashcam Wi Fi before starting the App and then click on "Me" at the bottom right and look for dashcam management.

Excellent product, very pleased with it.
I have had this for a couple of months now, and am very happy with it. Videos are clear (day and night), sound recorder on it is good. The separate "Quick click" button is a good extra. I have paired it with two different phones over wi-fi, and pairing went smoothly with both. I chose the blue/grey coloured dashcam but wish I'd gone for the darker/black one, however, it is still quite discreet in my car. The USB cable is very long so tucks away easily around the car aperture. Because it has wi-fi I never need to remove it from it's positioning in my car. Also, the fact that it doesn't have an in-built screen is very good as it doesn't distract me while I'm driving. I'd say it was well worth the money and I haven't regretted this purchase.

Best parking mode on a dash cam ever for price.
Very very pleased with the T3. The absolute best feature of this dash cam is the parking monitor, I love it, it switches from regular recording to parking mode all by it's self, not like most other dash cams. I tested an EC technology 22400mah power bank and it gets 60h of continuous use so almost 3 days with all features turned on. I plan on getting another power bank and switch between them as they get low on power. Picture and sound quality are not the best but more then adequate.

A great dash cam
This camera is really easy to use once you get the hang of it! I only have one negative point to add which is that it didn't come with an instruction manual on how to use the Goluk application on your iPhone. However I googled it and found a manual online. Now that I understand how it all works I think this camera is brilliant. You can literally just wire it in to your car battery and forget about it. No fiddling around with the sd card - removing it to plug into a computer to download, watch footage and re formatting it every so often- as I have had to do with my old dash cam. I love the fact that I can do it all on my iPhone.

Excellent camera great app and support
Paid for itself in parking mode caught third party damage my car and drive off needs 5v reducer and module to prevent battery drain in parking mode or switch like i have. Amazon modules don't tend to work try the goluk website

Great value
I did a lot of research before I purchased the Goluk T3 and it paid off. It was well packed and so easy to install. I am using the cigarette lighter socket to power it at present but have just ordered some cables to allow me to get a permanent feed. For this reason I have not tested the parking mode yet.Everything is sharp and clear with good auto adjustment to the picture in varying weather conditions. I intend to purchase a T1 for the rear view when funds allow. The interface on mi I phone is simple and gives everything needed to view, save and share files. Overall I think it is excellent value for money being discreet when mounted. Only one comment - pity it wasn't black but eh ho can't have everything!

I suffer from bad windscreen reflection
Tidy little camera, appears well built and comes with all you need to install - excluding the hardwire kit obviously. I suffer from bad windscreen reflection, which might be due to my car or the mounting position. Of note to users running the later Android OS (I have 8.0) is the gateway the camera won't connect to the app unless you turn the mobile data off each time, which is annoying. Hopefully the next app update will resolve the issue but Goluk cannot give me a timescale for this.
