Great swim diaper
We used the Bummis this entire summer and I was very pleased with their performance. First off, Bummis don't squeeze chubby baby thighs. Other brands have a tight elastic around the leg hole and they end up leaving marks on chubbier babies. These didn't. Yay! Also, Bummis held in what would be literally an equivalent of a bucket of diarrhea. Gross, I know....but it happens. We've found that disposable swim diapers don't hold the poopoo as well. We were on a beach vacation when our two year old told us "poop in the pants," we checked and the Bummis were completely full. We rinsed them thoroughly with a hose and dish soap outside before putting the swim diaper in a hot water wash (it took 4 washes because it was really stinky). And just laid them out to dry in the sun. Hooray for Bummis! For those who haven't used them before, the pee just drains through (just like disposable swim diapers). They are made to hold the poopoo. So don't put the swim diaper on your little one until you get to the beach/pool/water park or they will peepee their car seat.

good enough
swim diapers are just meant to hold in poop. my son luckily hasn't pooped in it. it's durable, washes well, and the design is cute. I think the velcro area is a little stiff and sometimes my son's buddha belly hangs over and gets a little irritated.

Much Better than Disposable
This is the first cloth swim diaper we've tried, but we'll definitely be buying the next size up when it's time. We used it for five weeks of swim lessons without needing to test its ability to hold solids, but it fits snugly enough that I don't think it would be a problem. I like how thin the material is, so the diaper fits easily under swim trunks (we have the clown fish pattern, and it's also cute on its own). My son is currently about 20 pounds with chunky thighs, and the medium still fits well and has for over a month. This is a much better deal than disposable swim diapers!

Super cute print and this brand of swim diapers rocks
Super cute print and this brand of swim diapers rocks! I love the velcro because you can make it as tight as you want and if there's a mess, you don't have to pull it down over your baby's legs.

Easy on, easy off. Nice.
We have a couple of different swim diapers. Swim diapers are really snug, to keep stuff in. That means if you have the kind that pulls over your baby's legs like normal shorts, it's pretty hard to get them on and off. These don't look incredibly stylish in the photo, but they look fine in person, and the convenience of easy on and off trumps all.

Awesome, reusable swim diapers- but they may run small
These are absolutely adorable and easy to adjust. They do their job. They survive washing in the machine very well (though I don't think you should stick them in the dryer). The only problem I have with them is I think they run small. I ordered a medium for our (then) 19lb baby. They were small on her (medium should run until 22lbs). We paid about $13 for each pair. Now I'm seeing they're more than this on Amazon. I'm not sure I'd pay more than $15/pair, though. The cheap disposable type seem cheap- they don't feel good and they certainly don't last. Yes, you can get a disposable package for less, but you have to keep buying them. I wanted a swim diaper that I could wash (and save money not having to keep buying more diapers). These diapers are highly recommended (I research everything I buy for our child). The only ones higher rated seem to be the AMP ones, but they're hard to get and more expensive.

Super easy to use!
The color blue is fading after only a few times in the pool and being washed and air dried. However fading color aside these are fantastic for our babies swim lessons as they are easy to get on and off him after being the pool. I didnt really like the diaper look with the velcro but my husband talked me into these and now im glad, we have already bought another pair in a size up for when he outgrows these.
