First you decide you want to quit. You have to really WANT to quit. Once you’ve done that, buy these. They highly reduce that crappy craving feeling. I smoked over 30 years. Never thought I would stop. If I can stop, you can too. If you’re reading this, just do it. Smoking will shorten your life and cost you tons of money. You get absolutely nothing beneficial from it. So quit. You can do it and these can help!

Best, cheapest and only brand for 1mg
These are the best flavor, cheapest per lozenge and the only brand that makes the super low 1mg lozenge. What else needs to be said? If you are quiting some tobacco substance, this is the cheapest and best bang for your buck. You can get yourself down from 4mg then to 2mg and then to 1mh. It's way easier to quit can completely from 1mg than from 2mg, like most brand's lowest (2mg).

Good value, good taste
I had been using the 2mg store brand for a while. I gave up one habit and formed another, lol. So I thought I would try the 1 mg before trying to totally kick THIS habit. These work great, and as a plus, they don't leave that chalky film on your mouth as the other brands. The mint flavor is a little more pronounce than the other brands too, which I like. Just hope I don't get to liking them too much, since the overall goal is to give nicotine altogether. But till I get there, these will get me through. Good value compared to the store brands.

Amazing value
These actually have flavor, other nicotine lozenges taste like chalk with a hint of mint. There is no chalky taste to this brand. The mint is actually a bit strong, but you get used to it. The packaging is a bit unusual, but I think it keeps the lozenges fresher longer. Combined with the price, habitrol are the best bang for your buck.
