Rubie's Costume Baby Skeleton Romper Costume

This is ridiculous... It looks like a romper but it's a thin felt drape thing with some itchy Velcro and an open back. It looks ridiculous on, the size for 1-2 year olds could fit a 4 year old and it's sewn like someone had their eyes shut. The bones are like way down the body and there's strings going between the different embroidery points. Worst product ever but it's not worth the cost to send back, DO NOT BUY

So very disappointed. I had purchased this for my friend's son for Halloween this year. I thought I was purchasing a brand new costume, but when we opened the package at work, the costume was covered in cat and had several holes in the costume right out of the package. This was such a disappointment because we were both excited to look at how cute this costume was and she wanted to see if it would be long enough to fit her son. To add, I do not have any pets. The cat hair was straight from the package.Who returns a USED, unclean costume? Who does not inspect and sell same said costume?!I ended up requesting a refund from Amazon.

We were really disappointed in this costume. It runs on the small side. Also the product does not match the photos. We expected better quality and it made of sweatshirt material. It’s made of a really cheap fabric that is itchy an not conducive for toddlers. Also the hat has a very pointy end which makes it look like a different costume completely. I would not recommend.

We got the 2-4 size per the reviews saying it ran small. It doesn't really look like the picture. It's very thin material, almost like felt. The ribs are down on her hips. The hood is detachable and doesn't fit great. I wouldn't pay this price for it again. It's very cheaply made with flimsy velcro closures. Frankly, I'll be surprised if it lasts the night.

1. SIZING - is as expected. Would fit baggy on a six month old and well on 12 month. My son is a large 4 month in length and wears 6-9 month body suite Jammies. Fits baggy on him but still cute.2. Design is alright as pictured bones are spaced out a little to far but I believe this is accommodate for the slouching on a smaller baby.3. Material is disappointing. Looked like a good fleece material in picture. Actual material is cheap and felt like. I could not tell how the outfit closed and was hoping for a zipper. It is a PULL OVER with VELCRO closed legs and the feet have ties on them to get a fitted foot.4. Being that it is not a super expensive outfit. This is honestly good quality for the price. Overall satisfied but did wish it had a better fastening design.

Can't beat it for the price! My son was 16 months old when he wore it, and it was great since he could were a warm layer of clothes underneath the outfit. Or if it is warm they can go without the underlayer or clothing.

This costume finally arrived yesterday (3 days before Halloween). It is so completely awful that my husband and I will not have our child wear it for Halloween this year. What a waste of $20. The ribcage of the skeleton starts below our child's actual ribcage. There are several inches between the hip and thigh bones. The feet are tiny and don't cover my child's barefeet much less when wearing shoes. And the hat has a weird point to it that makes no sense at all. The material is poor quality and I doubt would survive a washing.Bottom line: Don't waste your money on this at all.

I almost didn't get this because of some of the negative reviews. I am so glad I went for it! The whole thing is very easy to put on and if you put the little footies on right side up the bones are on top of the feet. While the fabric is felt it is thick enough not to rip even being worn by a very wiggly and active toddler. My grandson wore this to two parties and trick or treating and it is still in perfect condition, so we can pass it along to the next little skeleton in the family.

Love this Halloween costume. Definitely runs large which I don’t mind bcus where I live my baby needs to layer clothes under his costume.

Super cute, I made a purple tutu and headband to go with this for my daughter. Only downside was that the material was a little itchy for her.

I put my one year old son in this costume for Halloween. He was so cute! I bought it a size larger than he was to put a warm outfit on underneath. It work great!

WAYY too small, unless you child is generally smaller and is 6-8, then I would not reccomend. Also poor quality in general.

It fit my son perfectly. He looked so cute in it. I did put clothes under it so that he would not get sick but it still looked amazing.
