Icebreaker Men's Mondo Zip Bodyfit 200 Top

Fits well and is very comfortable against the skin.As advertised, it is fairly light weight but also very warm for the weight. It works great for me on bike rides in cold (25 F to 35 F) weather. Even at these temperatures, I can soak a shirt with sweat on a tough climb. This shirt lets the moisture out and provides decent insulation when wet.The zip works well for me. I can get a little ventilation on climbs and then zip up for the descents. Might be nice if the zip was a couple of inches longer.

There is no doubt that this company uses the highest quality manufacturing process and wool material. However, the super tight and body hugging fit makes it less than flattering for all but the leanest and fittest physiques. Maybe as a baselayer that never sees the light of day would be ok.

For the money this product was below expectation. Wore it once and it didn't perform as advertised. After one wash the product was hung to dry but still shrunk at least on size. After second wash it developed a hole in the chest area. Waste of money.

This is a great base layer. Icebreaker runs "small", eh....for Americans that is, so I rec. sizing up one size for a less smothering fit. I am going to re-gift this, although it's great, because there is no zipper garage. I really dislike that cold metal against my neck. Otherwise this is choice! If you can stand that searing cold against your trachea, you'll love it!

My first Icebreaker has about 18 months of all kinds of outdoor activity on it now. It is holding up very well, stays warm when wet, dries quickly and never seems to stink. The zip neck is good for getting a little temperature control. This has become my go to first layer for a really wide temperature range. I really like my smart wool stuff but I give a slight nod to Icebreaker. At the sale price of under fifty including shipping it is a steal. I would buy several more if I could justify them.As noted, these do run small. I wear a large in most everything and the XL is a good snug fit. Not UA compression snug but a nice, stay where it belongs snug. I also have long arms and the one size up gives me nice full length protection.

i didn't have huge expectations for this shirt, since i didn't know too much about the company. i ordered a large, since thats what i normally would wear with other brands. this brand sizes are a little too small, should have gone for the extra large. im 6'2" at around 200 lbs. shirt is short at the sleeves and at the waist. as far as merino wool goes, it does perform as expected. the size experience hasn't soured me with icebreaker, i will purchase more, now that i know the sizes

What an amazing shirt! I've taken it to all my trips since i bought it. It has become a must in my travel gear. It packs small, fits anywhere, doesn't itch and it keeps the warmth on cold weather. I've tried it on temperatures reaching the 15° F and it has kept me comfortable.Another thing I liked was the packaging of the shirt, the way it is presented and the factory tracking feature makes it fun and different. I will be buying another icebreaker pretty soon.

I got it in the black and use this all the time! Black goes with anything, everything is the right length, sleeves and hem, perfect. Zip for ventilation, I wear it underneath t-shirts, vests or jackets depending on the condition. 200 Merino by ice-breaker is a great weight for the Australian winter. Definitely a body-fit for me, size small at 167cm and 60kg.
