Teavana Tea Storage Tin, 6oz

Now I know that you have to have some cash laying around to do business with this company, but the expense is a little out of hand for this product. I must note however, that the tins are "well manufactured" and have an "exceptional seal", and this is what is required to maintain your teas. Thus we purchased...They should also provide a generic line of "these particular tins" without the Teavana logo (for gift giving). We buy teas and ingredients from many sources and create teas just for gifts (These recipes are different from the revolving Teavana selection). There is a hole in the market for tins of this quality ( I know, I've Looked). Now, I also understand that there is an advertising aspect to these tins, but companies need to also realize that customer service and selection goes a long way to creating happy customers. And we all know that a happy customer is your best advertisement.

The 4 star rating - nice tins but they're not worth what's being charged.However, I found it rather odd I had trouble finding the type of tins I was really looking for with a proper airtight seal, I was quite confused that it would take any amount of effort to find them. So long story short after perusing a variety of websites to find a product cheaper than these tins that met my requirements, I could not...So in my opinion, even if you don't order tea from Teavana (I don't) if you need some tins these things are great despite the logo that I do not support. (Starbucks bought them)Very fast shipping, perfect condition, nice clean tins without any dents because they are packaged properly and wrapped to avoid dust and other cardboard fibers from ever entering the tins during shipment.

Not a whole lot can be said about these little canisters because they're so simple.The functionality is perfect. They shut very nicely and pop off easy enough, and they are very air tight. Great buy to keep your loose leaf fresh.As far as the aesthetics go, they leave something to be desired since the teavana logo is so prominent, however the quick reference on tea brewing on the back is extremely useful. Also, they aren't something I'm using to decorate with, so the aesthetics really don't matter to me.Overall, very happy I purchased 4 of these guys, and can definitely see myself getting a couple more in the future.

These tea tins are great. They are air tight and snap shut securely. They do not have a locking mechanism, but the lid stays firmly in place. They keep the tea light tight as well. They are a convenient size for storing up to around six ounces of tea. They have a good interior finish. I bought a lot of these to store all my teas that I do not buy by the pound. They are a much better way to store teas than the mylar bags most teas from Amazon come packaged it.

These 6oz tins for storing tea may seem a bit pretentious at first, but if you're like me and you often forget how much you love tea for a few weeks, its nice to know that your tea will stay fresh for up to a year. They are super easy to clean and don't take up too much space either. I recommend getting these tea tins for yourself or anyone you know who likes to order large quantities of loose leaf tea that they want to keep fresh and drinkable.

What can I say about this Tevana tea Storage Tin except that it is grat for storing tea? The tea remains fresh smelling and tasting. As I've only been drinking Teavanateas for 4 months I can say for ow long it will remain freash

These are the same tins as you buy at Teavana, only cheaper. Airtight and great for storing tea as well as anything else that may need protection from oxygen.

Nicely made, pretty container with instructions printed on back side of container specifying how long to steep different teas. Very useful.
