Amazing!
We used this at the pool in Las Vegas in 90+ degree heat and it kept our epi-pens cool all day.

high quality and practical
I am a diabetic so I am very interested in the insulin cooler travel case. The case is cleverly designed to help keep my insulin at the proper temperature while on the go. It also has a dedicated compartment to cool my diabetic bag and other supplies. I especially like that it has a refrigerator box and medicine pouch so I can organize my insulin pens and other essentials. The travel case also comes with two ice packs so I can keep the insulin at the correct temperature. Best of all, this suitcase is TSA approved, so I can take it on the plane with confidence. Moreover, the orange exterior is also very eye-catching, making it easy for me to find it on the go. Overall, this insulin cooler travel case is really a very practical and convenient tool!

Great for traveling
We got this for our granddaughter who is 4 and recently was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. As we're all learning how to take care of her and all that's involved, we have a couple Summer trips coming up that require a few hours drive to get to our destination. When I saw this available on Amazon, I decided it was worth trying since we need a way to refridgerate her insulin when we travel. The case itself if very stury and feels like it can take some abuse. Theres not a lot to it though. A couple ice packs and a case. However, the reading is in Celcius but there's a conversion chart on one of the ice packs. I'm giving this 4 stars because the description says it's been updated to Farenhiet, but we can not figure out how to convert the display, or if it's even possible. Don't know if we received old inventory, or if the description is deceptive.Overall though, we're happy with the insulin case. At the time of this review it's priced at $25.99 which I think if fair. Should any issues arise down the road, I'll come back and update this review.

Insulin Case
This insulin case is well-constructed and has a digital temperature screen. I freeze the inserts for approximately four hours and place them inside the bag along with needed supplies and those supplies are kept cool for hours.

A Must Have for Traveling
My husband requires the use of a pen shot every day. It requires refridgeration, which can be challenging when on a trip. When we road trip, it's not too bad because we can use a cooler. But, plane travel is a whole other thing. Can't really carry a cooler on as our "carry on".Coming across this little Cooler Travel Case is AWESOME. We have an upcoming cruise and this is exactly what we need. Even though they will refridgerate your medicines for you upon request, sometimes just boarding can take HOURS and this will keep his pen at the proper temperature.Love the digital temperature read on the outside. It's a hard shell case with a softish exterior. We also like that it's bright orange - which makes it easier to see / less likely to lose.

Not so much space
The case was built solid. However, if I put two ice bags into the case, there is not much space for the needles. It might be good for one day trip in the summer. And the temperature will go up very quickly if I open the case to take one needle out.

Well designed
My T1D daughter is currently using this while traveling and it's working out very well. It's roomy enough for her insulin bottles and a few emergency pens, and the construction protects everything well. She kept this and her other Diabetic supplies in her carry-on and passed through TSA without issue.
