Fridge freezer brilliant,the only thing that I would have liked done is the bottom meat draw should have been split drawers as you have to open both doors to get into it instead of opening just the one

Worked on for a while, then ice kept forming inside the base of the fridge unit - a common fault apparently because the hole that the water that forms inside the fridge is very small and easily gets blocked - repeatedly. Today 5 1/2 years since it was purchased just having paid a £100 call out fee because neither the fridge or freezer worked, I’ve been told that it’s unrepairable because it has a gas leak that can’t be traced! So it’s for the scrap heap! Absolute rubbish from Samsung £2k’s worth of fridge freezer for the bin!

What a brilliant item, it was delivered really fast. Setting it up was very easy and had it up and running in no time. It definitely has a bit of a wow factor with some clever shelving options and the interior lighting makes it look very smart..

Excellent fridge but the plastic surround of the glass shelf cracked within a year and is not covered by the warranty. Found Samsung very unhelpful on the phone. We recorded the free extended warranty on the phone when we bought it but they simply stated that 'they had no record of it' when we later pursued the warranty. I do not trust them.

Decent fridge, lot of messing about with the price though, lower price item was suddenly 'out of stock'

Nice fridge and freezer. Drawer and shelf broke almost straight away and they're not covered by the guarantee - beware.

Excellent applianceBut make sure u have adequate clearance to get it in your house. It is very big and very heavy
