Not too calming, but decreases the nervousness for my 10 year old son.
I bought this product in addition to the Tic Tamer for my 10 year old son who has tics. I gave him this 3-5/day and the Tic Tamer 3/day and saw immediate results. My son had 3-4 different tics going on all the time, especially under stressful situations such as sports. A day later, the tics were hardly noticeable. I had also taken away the ipod/ipad for a few days which I'm sure helped! 4 days later I am only giving him them 3/day (initially I was giving this 5/day 0.25ml). Last night my son came home from football practice with an unbelievable report of how he did. So this product is not too calming but just helps take the nervousness out which is exactly what I was hoping for. My son reports that he feels better when he's taking. He is now giving it to himself before school, after school and at bedtime. Very happy I found this product.

WORKS
My son has been on this for months now. He takes it with the Native Remedies Pure Calm and Anger Sooth. It has worked wonders on him. He no longer gets easily agitated and in a rage. Stays calm now. I would recommend using all 3 products together, and on a regular basis. You can not skip doses or you will not get good results.

Keeping tics at bay! This worked for us.
This product did take a few days before we noticed any improvements. We also had my 14 year old take magnesium along with it (and do epsom baths). He went from blinking SO MUCH to hardly blinking at all. He stopped taking it and hardly blinks anymore, but just today I told him he should take it every 2-3 days to keep it them at bay.He also decreased his screen time, which always helps. But, he's had a few weeks with increased screen time (I can't control it when he's at his Dad's house) and hasn't seemed to bother him as it usually does. I feel like this product was the key factor in keeping his tics at bay.No complaint about taste and so little is needed to ingest that the bottle lasts a long time. Great product!

Natural ADHD meds that work!
My daughter has been on Native Remedies Natural ADHD meds since she was 7 and they just work!My daughter was tested with a major ADHD med given by the doctor then again with Native remedies NATURAL Meds (without the doctors knowledge) and she tested with scores just as good (to the doctors shock)! There are no side effects, it is easy to adjust the dosages and NATURAL! There are not enough good things to say about Native Remedies products!
