Good product. Sturdy and simple.
It's a plain, sturdy plastic tray with a cup holder and spot for crayons, small toys, etc. The strap is long enough to go around my child's carseat (Graco convertible) with room to spare. It tightens well and stays in place. It was a bit cumbersome to have to buckle it if the strap got pulled too far and I'd have to go hunting for the buckle behind the car seat. But, in all honesty, I couldn't see any other product being more simple to use.It has plenty of surface area for a full size coloring book. We colored, played with play dough, had snacks and meals on this tray with no problem. The crayon holder was a bit far for my 2 year old to reach easily but she managed and I see this being useful for a while as she grows. It's easy to clean up with a disinfecting wipe too.The only reason it's not getting 5 stars is because, even as good and sturdy as this is, I feel it's overpriced. It's a plain white tray and a strap with buckles. A fair price would be more like 15 dollars.

It's Just OK (Barely)
We bought this to use on my 4-year-old son's carseat as we were traveling cross-country. While it provided a solid play-surface, it wasn't stable: the "cutout" was nice, but the table is only supported by the edges of the carseat for a few inches. As well, the cupholder depression gets in the way of being able to center the table on the carseat sides - it should be set a lot further back toward the outer edge. While it's great to have a strap to help secure the tray, its location really does nothing more than to worsen the instability and really doesn't help to keep the tray from sliding to the side or tilting up.

Great travel item for busy little toddlers
This is absolute an amazing product. The strap is easily attached and sent through the back of the car seat and it can be adjusted as needed on each side. The tray simply rests on your kiddos lap and has a compartment that fits the full size munchkin 360 degree 6month cup perfectly and has a spot for crayons or eating utensils. It also works as a great sturdy platform for electronic devices while on long road trips. This is the 3rd one I've purchased! It's a great traveling piece and can be detached and reattached as your kiddo gets in and out the car. It also has an easy to wipe surface for any spills. The only draw back is the trays slick surface. That can be remedied, however, by placing a rectangular cut out of a cabinet liner on top or if you have rubber bottomed bowls etc those work well too. Great product with one minor flaw. This item is a must have for kiddos on the road!

Easy to use, but not pratical for daily use.
I found this product easy to use. and as advertised. It stayed put for 15 month old to have books and toys handy. It has a simple press to release snap closure, but for simple trips to the store or something I found it annoying to have to unsnap and flip out of the way. It wasn't hard to do, it just added an extra step to the already numerous tasks we moms have to do. Would be great for snack time, or a longer trip, but keep in mind it will keep child toys/things handy, but it still does not prevent them from throwing those things on the floor and then wanting them back.....

Great tray with 2 small suggestions for improvement
Tray works great with our Graco Nautilus 3 in 1. The kids have all their books/toys in one spot and the tray "mostly" stays in place. Only a few comments on the design would take this tray to the next level for a 5.1. Fix the cup holder. The way that it is molded is neat that it will almost fit into the carseat cupholder, but the fact it's not deep enough, the drinks would always fall over.2. Increase the thickness of the lip around the tray. If we turn a corner the kids will often lose most of the things they have on the tray ie: cars or crayons.3. Make the pencil holder tray a little bit deeper (see comment 2). This would keep things in place and help to not lose smaller items during turns.Overall the tray is nice at giving the kids a large surface to play on while in the car on a long ride.

Very helpful for long drives!
I ordered two of these for several long (10+ hour) drives we took this summer. My 3-yr old made good use of it, coloring, playing with trucks, little computer games, etc. The 18-mo old is harder to entertain in general, but he seemed to enjoy having a surface to "help" him hold things like books and toys. His favorite game was putting his pacifier in the cup holder and kicking his legs up and watching it pop out of the cup holder (and make a fun noise).I didn't experience any major issues with the fit - it slid easily behind the convertible car seat; the 100-lb limit booster seat was more of a problem - there wasn't a lot of space behind it so I had to push as much of the belt through a hole on one side of his seat and then squeeze the life out of my hand as I found the belt underneath and pulled it through the hole on the other side. Would definitely be difficult for dads (large hands) but maybe you could tie something like a chopstick on the end you're snaking through? There are probably better solutions out there. The tray didn't slant much with my 3-yr old but it did slant with heavy toys for my younger son - to adjust, I stuck a small pillow under to prop it back towards him. Easy fix until he kicked the pillow off (on purpose). Overall wasn't a major issue.Haven't dealt with the storage issue yet - they ARE like cafeteria trays so sturdy for the intended use but not easy to find a spot for them. I kept the boxes - maybe I'll keep them in a big box with all the "long car trip" toys.I LOVED these trays. I would 100% recommend them!

Simple solution/Fits our needs
This tray is nice and large. The cup holder is big and holds a tippy cup great. We used this for travel only. We usually eat our meal in the car rather than stop and this helped us to be able to feed our toddler. She liked having a tray to eat off of. She didn't really want it hooked on other than for eating, but I imagine she will as she gets older. The tray was easy to attach. It does slope down a little so her food did slide towards her some. However, for the most part, it was a big help. We used this for our 1 year old and we have a large Evenflo carseat that has arm rests. The tray rested on the arm rests. If you don't have arm rests, I don't think this tray would work well for you. I do think it was overpriced - it is literally a piece of plastic with two straps attached. Should have cost $15 or so.
