Where was the factory inspection?
The bike was delivered outside the delivery window. The rear tire was flat. It had been wheeled flat and the valve had disappeared into the tire. When the tire was removed it can be seen that there is a manufacturing fault where the valve connects with the tube(the tube has been retained). It could never have been inflated. The bike was placed in the box with a flat tire. Where was the factory inspection? Otherwise the bike is okay, but this problem has caused me so much trouble it has dramatically affected my overall rating. There was no guarantee card in the box.
