Hallmark Star Wars R2D2 Mug with Sound

This is the best coffee mug I have ever owned!!! The sound is amazing...definitely a great gift for a huge Star wars in your life.

I bought it as a gift for my husband. I must say this cup is awesome, totally worth the money!! All the guys at the office went crazy when the see it and hear it. There are security rules at the office that prohibit to walk carrying a mug/glass without a lid, this is the perfect solution. It sounds exactly like R2D2! The sound is different every time you lift the lid, you can turn it on and off to save battery (or let the other guys work in peace haha). I'm really satisfied with this purchase, I only regret having bought just one.The only improvement I would want is the lid to be hermetic, right now it only sits over the mug, that's it.

Great, usable coffee cup and really sounds like R2D2! Amazing for all R2D2 fans! Highly recommend for anyone. Makes drinking coffee more fun!

Super bummed the cup was chipped at the top and the part that makes the noise fell out of the lid when we unwrapped it from the package. Now I have to scramble to find a birthday gift that isn't broken.

I expected a new mug in a box to give as a gift. Mug came with taped styrofoam and paper rolled up to the styrofoam. then put in a made up brown cardboard boxe that was pieces of cardboard taped together to make a box. i had to cut all the tape to get the mug out. Then I had paid 28.00 dollars and the Hallmark tag still roped to the mug said 16.95. That made me feel even worse.And to top it off they charged an extra ten and change for shipping. So now I have the expense of wrapping and shipping this back if I don't keep it and I can not give it as is as a gift with out the box that it supposed to come in. My son is a collector of Star Wars items and that wouldn't do as a gift.

This mug is an awesome gift. I gave it to my fiance to keep at work. He said everyone in the office gets the biggest kick out of it. Also, you can turn the sound on and off so it doesn't get annoying if you need to be quiet. :)

This is a very well made collectible design-wise, like all the details are clear and nicely printed. But for some reason the one I got stopped producing sound two months after I received it. It was meant as a gift so I never even used it, just took the lid off a couple of times to hear the cute sounds the mug made, then put it in storage until I was going to gift it. The batteries are non-replaceable so there's nothing to be done about the problem. It's still a decent collectible but what's the point without the sound?
