I had a floor steamer several years ago but that was all it would do. I purchased this after seeing an infomercial. Glad to find it for sale on Amazon. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that it worked as well as depicted. As a floor steamer it is great. I like the triangular head so that I can get into the corners easily.What I really liked about the product was all the other things it could do by simply disconnecting the steamer portion from the base . I've used this to steam counter tops, sink, tub and stove top. Recommend the product. Also suggest you order extra pads so that you don't have to constantly be washing them.

I’m so glad I decided to purchase this product and wish I would have purchased much sooner. My H2O mop X5 is very easy to use. I am 68 years old and needed something light weight and easy to use to mop my floors. This mop met all my expectations and more. I like the way I can mop in the corners with much ease. I like how fresh and clean my floors feel after every use. The only negative thing I found was how flimsy the handle feels. Sometimes I’m afraid of it breaking while I’m using it and I wish more cleaning pads came with my purchase.

I have only used this mop 3 times, but it did a great job on everything in my bathroom-from the walls to the floor and everything in between. It did an awesome job in my oven-stuck on mozzarella cheese is gone! I have 3 dogs and 2 cats so the kitchen floor needs to be mopped daily--done in 15 minutes! No sloppy dirty bucket water and no dirty mop head. Makes my home cleaner and life easier.

We've had this mop for all of about two hours so far and I am in love already. Super easy to assemble and it just floats across our tile floors and has begun breathing the colors back into our area rug. And we're living in a house that spent ~20 years as a rental where neither the owners nor the slough of previous tenants cared about the grout, but just 5-10 minutes of steaming has turned the grout in the kitchen from a sludgy black to a light grayish/tan. I can't wait to deep clean the whole house with the X5. So very worth every penny spent! (And definitely order extra mop pads, because they WILL get gross, but your floors will be beautiful!)

I purchased an H20 steam mop in 2007 or 2008 when we replaced carpet with tile floors. I loved the steam mop and was heartbroken when it stopped working recently. I replaced it with this H20 because I loved the previous one so much. This one is not near as good. It is lighter, but that also makes it seem flimsy. Since you can take it apart and make a hand held steamer out of the base, that makes the handle very unstable and seems to bend and flex more. The water well is smaller, just barely large enough that I don't have to add more water for my area. I have not tried taking it apart and making a hand held steamer out of it, and not sure I will as I have a steamer that came with my original H20 purchase. It also makes this clicking noise while it steams, which gets rather irritating after awhile. All in all I feel like I paid more than the product was worth. I doubt it will last the same 10 or so years as my first one did.

I was looking for an easy answer to some of those cleaning problems that I believe we all have. I had seen an info commercial multiple times but having read the reviews on the product on Amazon was a little hesitant. Decided that with the return possibilities it was worth the trial. Worked beautifully. It worked right out of the box correctly. The only issue I had was figuring out the interchangeable tips etc. I also wish that the reservoir was larger. Highly recommend this product.

I may have used this item 3 times since I purchased it. other than that, it sat in a corner. The inner tube that allows water flow to the hose separated and it took an hour of trying to reattach such a small tube that was barely reachable. Product is WAY to expensive for how it delivers. Never saw much improvement to my floors...a simple $15 mop with hot water does the same job. I tried the wand to clean shower and it does not give off enough power to do much cleaning at all. Too many parts to keep up with...not worth the money...not effective for the price. Don't waste your time and money. Wish I had thought to return before it was too late.

I am a senior citizen and this mop has made my life easier. I have had for two months and have come to depend on it. It is light weight gets in the corners and cleans, I didn't know if just steam would clean the floors, but it does. I have used on carpet and to clean upholstery, did a good job. I only have one concern, and that is the handle. It is lightweight and I am a little concerned that it will break. But so far, so good.
