Results & Value As you know, many people are doubling, tripling, even quadrupling their dosage of BCAAs with a 2:1:1 & 4:1:1 bias in order to achieve better results Given the fact that leucine is most likely the amino acid responsible for this effect, particularly in skeletal muscle, having a formula with an 8:1:1 ratio eliminates the need for such increased dosing. Effectively creating an enormous value in addition to the other benefits.

Directions
Mix 1 serving (2 level scoops) in 20 ounces of water and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Sip throughout workout or athletic event. An additional serving may be taken immediately after training or any time additional aminos are needed. Using less than 10 ounces of water per scoop and/or very cold water could hinder solubility and cause foaming.

Tastes good, mixes well.
I'm not an expert in how good BCAA is, my coach recommended it and so I bought it. I wish I knew if it was having some super effect on my muscles but I have no clue if it's that, my diet, the protein or a mixture. However, the watermelon one surprised me and I like the taste of it. It isn't too artificial tasting or sickly. It mixes well and I would buy it again.

Great product! Used many others but the quality of this product is awesome! Blue raspberry is the best tasting in my opinion however watermelon isn't too bad. Use this pre workout and throughout the day when I'm busy. Will be buying again that's for sure!
