Excellent piece of kit but be aware, since Whirlpool have acquired Hotpoint and Creda, their engineers have discovered that loads of models going back years in all manner of appliances have exposed elements and are a fire risk. There are a great many.I must say that this machine is most excellent. No hose, so no open patio doors or windows in the frozen wasteland that is Leeds. Clothes come out pretty much ready to wear. Wouldn't swap it for anything else. Like all things though, you need to follow the manual and empty the water tray and filter each time you use it, and flush the condenser with water every now and again. Very easy.

It's okay took a while to get it delivered but it's a good mid range tumble dryer at least. Just get it covered so you can use it for its full lifespan

Came in due time however was a factory reject. The lining was off. Electrics were bad and after attempting to 'give it a go anyway' in case it was simply a 'design flaw' it didn't...

Pt it on for the first time, it was making a strange noise. So I put it on pause and re-read the instructions. After being convinced this is normal I started it again.

Experience with dryer is great, easy to use,nice size drum 8kg, overall very good

Very pleased for the way I was treated by the company I received it from .The dryer is every thing I was expecting.

My advice is do not buy this product. 4 months after buying this I recieved a letter warning me of potential safety and quality had been identified with this product.
