Samsung S-View Wallet Case for Galaxy Note 4 - White

Great case, great build quality, and arrived quickly.I have one niggle; I tend to fold the cover right back (i.e. behind the phone) when I'm using it, so I can hold the phone with both hands while typing. After you have done this, and close the front flap, it springs back open slightly. And because the function of the phone is it 'sleeps' when you close the cover and 'wakes' when you open it, it is waking itself up by the cover springing open.The reason must be the material used for the 'hinge' must have a slight memory to it. You can get round this by running your finger down the outside edge a few times after you close it, but it is annoying. Alternatively you can put the phone on its front for a few minutes, but that rather defeats the purpose of it!I would still buy it. It's a great cover, and the phone functions through the window to let you access calls, torch etc.

Physically nice case for my Note 4. You do have to remove your existing case back to fit this unit. Which reveals that the case has contacts for wireless charging. If anything, in my short experience, it improves battery life. Was looking at 43% left after one day of typical phone use with the original case. Second day this case goes on, and I only lost another 10% of life. At a guess it seems to 'harvest' wifi energy in the neighbourhood to reduce battery drain.Edit (19/8/16):- I now have comparable figures between using the plain original phone case and this case. For 'light' usage the standard 3220mAhr battery lasts approx' 74 hours on continuous standby, however with this s-view case that time is almost doubled to 144hrs, i.e. 6 days continuous standby and light usage. Go figure, but I'm upping my review to 5 stars accordingly. Also I have in practise noticed no problems with reception, calls etc, have been clear and consistent. If this case ever wears out, I'd buy another any day.

Best and classy coverEverything and more than I expected after previously purchasing one for my Note 3. The Note 4 cover holds well has more screen options plus the S Health heart bpm detector. Like also answering calls without having to open it up as well as taking photos with the cover closed. Also like volume control without the need to open it up. Good range of S View screen backgrounds. My Note 4 would not be as good without it. A little on the pricey side but worth it for phone protection and given that the Note 4 does not come cheap, you won't be disappointed. It's very stylish too so am one happy

The case works fine. It is easy to fit. You prise the plastic back off the phone and clip the body of the phone onto the case.I give it 4 stars because I save 5 stars for the really exceptional and as I have had the case for less than a month I cannot assess whether it will wear well. It seems to be good quality but time will tell.

Great cover for NOTE 4 - had something similar for Note 2 which i loved at the time but it didnt have s-view. This is great, the functionality of this case when closed is ideal for quick snaps, answering and making calls without opening it. Original back case for the note is detached and this goes in its place which saves a lot on bulkiness when applied. Feels like great quality however, i would refrain from folding it back on itself all the time or it will spring open slightly for a time after. Other than that downside i am really pleased with this and would recommend.

Love the idea of this case. You can use your note 4 with the cover closed and take phone calls and photos. But...it doesn't afford protection to all 4 corners of the phone as I found when i dropped my phone. Because the cover doesn't stay closed with a latch, the top right and bottom right corners of my phone ended up chipped.

The case I bought was advertised as black, but was grey instead. Aside this, meets expectation. Would have preferred it to be a full cover case rather than a back replacement case as this leaves the sides bare and open to scratches. Upside is that it makes the case flat, thin and light. Although, only used it for less than two weeks, the functions work well..will recommend

I wanted a nice case for my Galaxy Note 4 and saw many cheap Chinese options and then this one on Amazon - a proper Samsung one. I wasn't sure about white, but decided to go for it, and really like it. It can easily be wiped clean, and the case clearly has something in it which gives you a red vision pane with info on it where the time is showing in the image. You don't get that with anything other than the Samsung case. Good value for money and pleased with my purchase.
