BEST THINGS EVER
These are the absolute best. They changed my life.... I'm disabled but I love to hike with my kids. And these walking sticks make it POSSIBLE for me to keep up and NOT FALL and not fall behind. Also make it so my JOINTS AND BACK don't hurt even after a 3 mile hike

I like them
I break things....things that aren't supposed to break. These poles are well made. I did wear through the rubber tips, but that happens.the grips are a little small for my large hands (I don't mean to brag), and I did get a little blister on my 4 day hike. I used these poles to train and they were my tent poles as well. If you are tall...these poles are great!
