Gibson Performance Exhaust 61-1048 Metal Mulisha Stainless Steel Exhaust Tip

This is one badas* exhaust tip. Looks great with the "blackout" look on bigger vehicles. I was looking for a decent black tip to match my blacked out suburban(no chrome or stainless on body or rims) and I'm so glad I came across this. Not only am I a heavy metal fan which this tip obviously had some influence from, but it just looks mean. If anyone knows Slayer this logo looks like the Slayer wehrmacht mascot they used on their early EPs, posters and venue ads.It attaches easy with a single bolt, locknut and nut. Took me 2 minutes to install. Fits tight. If you live in the north like I do it's advised not to weld in on as you will want to remove it if you drive in the snow and salt winters. These and most tips, running boards and ect, anything that sits low to the ground on a auto and is steel, stainless steel or metal will rust and/or take a beating in extreme weather.You must clean these regularly in snow and sand environments in order to get the most life out of it. But for a 100 bucks, at least for the 2 3/4-3" inlet and 5" outlet 12" long one, I'd be happy with paying 100 every year for a new one of these. Will be looking at Gibson Metal Mulisha full exhaust system this spring.This seller shipped same day I ordered it, got it the next day. Free standard shipping although they were just one state over but still fast service none the less.

Holy s$-%#@!!! These tips look absolutely killer ! Can't wait to hear them sing that 600hp melody out from under the winter k-5 project. Adds a nice touch to my chevy silverado. Had it welded on. Sounds a little louder but nothing crazy loud

After a little custom exhaust work this fit my Mini Cooper quite nicely!!!

Exhaust tip is rusting out, has been just over a month. This is ridiculous, I've seen chrome tips that cost 20 bucks last longer. For the money I spent I was hoping to have a decent looking exhaust tip that could hold up. Don't waste your money, better off buying a cheap one for a quarter of the price, at least it'll stay nice looking. Will not change my review unless company does something about this.

This is just the tip, so don't expect performance or volume upgrades with this. I love it and so does everyone else who sees it. Made of the highest quality.

Looks good, but not for long. Poor quality as it rusted after a year...primarily all around the rolled edge at the exit.
