Skechers Shape Ups 2.0 Comfort Stride, Women's Fitness Shoes

I've been diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy and footdrop and I'm finding walking extremely difficult. For about a week, I've been searching for the best trainers that would help my problem feet. There were several orthopaedic shoes, but most looked very old fashioned. In some articles I'd read, a few podiatrists had recommended rocker bottom shoes to help walking with foot drop. I found a couple of quite expensive makes that seemed good, but reading the reviews for Sketchers Shape Ups, I found that there were many recommendations for people with problem feet.I, (rather nervously), ordered the new season's version and they arrived today.I'm not sure where to start... as soon as I put them on, my back felt immediately straighter and my feet felt as though they were wrapped up in cotton wool. Then I began 'walking', yes, actually WALKING! For the first time in months, years, my feet lifted up when I walked. I am SO happy, I know that I shouldn't have, but I kept them on all day and actually wanted to walk! If you don't have foot problems, you'll think I'm mad, but if you do and are looking for help, look no further, they're absolutely wonderful!As I bought them purely for walking, I'm unable to comment on the exercise effects (and it's also too early as I've only had them for a day)!Normally I'd take a 6 in trainers and a 5.5 in a shoe, but I decided to order a 5.5 in my Shape Ups. They have come up quite large, I shall probably try a 5 next time. However, there's no way I'm returning them, although there's room for my leg braces anyway, (but hopefully i may not need them in future) and I'm wearing socks for a better fit.Thank you so much Sketchers, you've given me my life back!

I had a toe fusion a few months ago and walking has been literally excruciating. I read on a forum about rocker sole footwear and found these. They're as nice looking as my Nike Air trainers but the comfort factor is unbelievable! I can now walk much easier as the sole makes the foot gently rock forwards without hurting my fusion. And I can give my achilles tendon a quick stretch too. A must for sore feet!

I have had skechers shape ups before and I am a big fan. I really like this color combination, and they come with 2 pairs of laces of contrasting colours. They sizes are slightly bigger than usual. I am a bog standard UK 5 size and that last pair I had were 4·5 and were perfect. This time I bought a size 5 and they are ever so slightly too big, but they'll be grand with a thicker sock or tying the laces more tightly.

These trainers are great. I've had several Shape Ups in the past and always love them. With this pair I've found them just slightly smaller than usual,but they'll probably stretch a bit as I wear them more. Got a size 5, but a 5 1/2 would've been perfect. Apart from that they're just as described and I love the colour.

Fab purchase I suffer with acute metetarsalgia ! My surgeon recommended shoes with a rocker sole . And since buying these has helped my foot tremendously !! Bought 2 more pairs since 😀

A good fit on this style and super comfortable as always.

All Iteam are satisfactory apart from two Items that haven't arrived yet but I would recommend any of the things I've bought

Avevo comprato in passato lo stesso modello di scarpa ma di altra marca, sinceramente non trovandolo più in commercio ho comprato questo e devo dire che come l'altro è perfetto; la scarpa aiuta tantissimo la schiena, permette di camminare e stare in piedi per ore anche a chi ha problemi di ernie come me. Nel caso preferisco la scarpa così in tessuto che lo stesso modello in pelle (precedente acquisto).

Queste scarpe sono molto comode e riposanti per la particolare forma della suola che favorisce un appoggio del piede prevalentemente centrale e quindi molto adatte per chi deve stare molte ore in piedi o che comunque vuole riposare il metatarso o il tallone. C'è chi paragona l'effetto un po' basculante della suola alla tavoletta di equilibrio che si usa in palestra, ma le scarpe sono molto più stabili e vi assicuro che non si cade. A me piacciono molto anche esteticamente. L'acquisto mi soddisfa pienamente. Le consiglio.

Niente da dire sulla comodità (eccelsa) della scarpa. Ma ho dovuto rimandarla indietro perché veramente tropo larga. Ho preso un 37.5 che in genere si aggira tra i 23, 7 cm e i 24,2. Avendo un 23,8 cm di piede e comprando spesso su internet, il mezzo nu,ero è sempre quello che fa al caso mio (quando esiste). Ma il 37,5 di questa scarpa corrisponde oibo' a 24, 5 cm! Enorme per me e ho dovuto rimandarle.

Le scarpe sono pesanti scomode e mi hanno rovinato l'alluce del piede per non parlare della schiena che mentre prima mi faceva male solo nella zona lombare ora i dolori so arrivati gino alle spalle perché la scarpa costringe non ha camminare bene ma fa fare un superdotato alla schiena per cercare quel l'equilibrio che non ci potrà mai essere con questo tipo di scarpe le sconsiglio vivamente!!

Mia moglie ne va matta. Fanno il piede più grosso, ma questo non è necessariamente un dato negativo. Rimane un confort decisamente elevato, per tutta la giornata, e si comportano bene anche in queste giornate invernali nel mantenere una temperatura ottimale.

Acquisto per mia mamma. Era fissata di volerle provare dopo aver visto la pubblicità in tv. La qualità della scarpa è buona, e a quanto pare mia madre dice di trovarsi molto bene. Le scarpe in ogni caso sono molto particolari dal punto di vista estetico data la suola stondata.

Queste scarpe sono molto comode. Hanno un plantare e una suola molto soffice e confortevole. Vestono il numero giusto. Sono molto soddisfatta

Le uso per lavoro,e finalmente non ho più le caviglie gonfie,migliorano la postura,e ne risente in meglio anche la schiena....ottime

uso questo tipo di calzature da anni per problemi alla schienaLa Skechers non delude mai,anche al confronto di marche piu blasonate.Comode,confortevoli misura precisa,Ben rifinite.Le consiglio

ho comprato queste scarpe dopo aver attentamente valutato malgrado fosse quello ordinato era troppo strettacome scarpa la consiglierei la uso da anni ma chi ha numero 37 deve decisamente prendere un numero in più

Le scarpe sono perfette,hanno una solla molto morbida,io che uso plantari non gli devo mettere perché sono molto confortevoli.Ho comprato 39 anche se mi serviva 38.5 e sono un po larghe ma pocco,gli ho comprate per un problema di sperone plantare e devo dire che mi sento bene quando li indosso.Li raccomando

Non riesco più a toglierle dai piedi....sono favolosamente comode. La misura é esatta. Ho già comprato altri prodotti della linea shape ups le consiglio a tutti coloro che passano molto tempo in piedi e soffrono di mal di schiena

Sono arrivate in tempo, si tratta di un articolo che non riuscivo a trovare nei negozi ma mi occorreva visto che le ho avute per 4 anni e volevo ricomprarle. Utile al corpo la forma basculante molto confortevole il Memory foam. Consigliate!

Ho acquistato queste scarpe anche se con qualche dubbio, ma devo dire che sono veramente comode. Le ho prese della mia taglia e sono perfette. Le consiglio

Avevo già comprato scarpe come queste e ogni volta superano le aspettative! Sono perfette per camminare, correre, ma soprattutto non si sente mai i piedi stanchi neppure dopo tantissime ore in piedi come le passo io. Le consiglio a tutti!
