I HAVEN'T HAD AN INCIDENT WITH THE LOVELY LANTERN AND REFILLS TO ENJOY MY BALCONY! SIT, READ, RELAX....BEGONE YOU WINGED ANNOYERS AND OMG STINGERS! SAFE FOR PETS.....TWO YORKIES ON BALCONY .... I have two of these lanterns running on my patio and I got refills hoping that my first ones were just a fluke. Installed these when I had family over and we all got eaten alive. I live in a subdivision we don't have an abundance of mosquitoes yet we all got bitten...a lot! I think I will be looking for an alternative.
