It is a very good product for weight loss. It is effective and it works. I have reduced weight by taking it 2 times, morning and night, half hour before meal.I ate just 4 chapattis morning and night (2+2) and avoiding sweets, junk food.

Nothing different about it.... instructions tells u to eat it before meal with plenty of water.....if we anyways have 2-3 glasses of water without capsule,u wl not feel hungry....wot is the logic of capsule den....I din find any difference....it's just advertisement gimmick.

Trust me weight loss happens but not with these products, I have used them and it's of no use focus on actually quantified nutrition diet and exercise nothing can beat that, I want to save the one who thinks that they can reduce via all this because I was amongst one.
