Got these hoping they will help with my hair loss but didn’t see any results. Hard to swallow and give you this feeling like you have a brick in your stomach for an hour afterwards

I was skeptical when I saw pictures in reviews that show longer eyelashes after a few days of use. Ha, it turned out I'm completed wrong. And I only take one tablet each day, 1/3 of recommended amount.

This is a product that I keep coming back to. I love that this is a food based vitamin, and it does not make me break out like some of the less cleanly formulated vitamins I've tried in the past. I'm on bottle 3, and plan to continue ordering this.

This was not a good product for me .My nails got did not get stronger, they split more. Also, something in the ingredients causedIrritation in my skin! I stopped using it, skin problem ceased. I am using another hair, nail and skin product now with no issues.
