This product is worth the money. It goes in all kinds of drinks and dissolves easily with no taste. Great product

It truly has no flavor. We have been using this as a supplement for a meal. It works for us, getting healthy fats and not eating so much. No stomach upset.

Does it's job well. However, it does not completely dissolve in coffee as advertised. Almost all of it will, but one is left with tiny, undissolved clumps floating on top. Kind of gross looking. But it is completely flavorless.

Liked this product, easy to use. I had a 3 lb. weight loss the first week, using it first thing in the morning in my coffee, then hit plateau, without changing my daily home activity routines.

Does not work at all. I eat minimally on most days and this stuff does not help with weight loss. This product does not mix well even when shaken and has a funky taste.Otherwise if you like running to the bathroom every 20 minutes with explosive poop than this product is for you.And to sum it all up it is non returnable.

Great for Keto ... 0 net carbs, no gastric distress if you know what I mean. Takes a little bit of stirring to get it to fully mix, but nothing to bad! Great substitute for creamer

I enjoy this MCT product. It is easy on my stomach. I use it in my hot tea. I don't usually drink coffee, but since my son starting grinding his own coffee bean, I drink some coffee to flavor my hot water and add the MCT. It makes a perfect anytime drink for me. It does seem effective to curve my appetite. As for weight loss and gut health, time will tell. I use a wisk to mix the MCT powder, a fine and smooth texture. Buying this product thru Amazon makes this a better value for my money. I am pleased with this product.
