I enjoy this MCT product. It is easy on my stomach. I use it in my hot tea. I don't usually drink coffee, but since my son starting grinding his own coffee bean, I drink some coffee to flavor my hot water and add the MCT. It makes a perfect anytime drink for me. It does seem effective to curve my appetite. As for weight loss and gut health, time will tell. I use a wisk to mix the MCT powder, a fine and smooth texture. Buying this product thru Amazon makes this a better value for my money. I am pleased with this product.

Tried 1st time today, takes time to mix in coffee, tastes creamy, BUT... WHY DOESN'T THE LABEL STATE 60/40 C8 AND C10 ON IT?? Am I getting what I paid for? Makes me suspect.

If you already suffer from leg cramps, do not purchase. My leg cramps were unbearable after using this product twice. I tried reducing the amount and using it every other day and it did not help.
