Strong sturdy sharp looks amazing amazing sword!!

Gave it to my dad (who's running for US Senate) as a gift after an event, comparing our campaign team to the Spartans... because we're outnumbered and overmatched but we're still going to win. It was a big hit! The sword itself is very impressive. Both to the eye and to the touch. Heavy. Sturdy. Sharp. Real! I got the shield too. Together, you definitely look and feel like a Spartan warrior! Definitely recommend!

This thing is a beast. I read the reviews before buying so I am a little hesitant to go chop a cinderblock in half because of the handle. But I tell you what, this is now my home defense weapon because not only could you swing through someone's intestines with this, I'm fairly certain you could use it as a shield....the thickness of this blade could stop a .45acp. Its very blade heavy but solid. Handle rattles a bit but feels secure. I have big mits and I can comfortably get both hands wrapped around the handle. So, if you want a cheap, ridiculous, heavy, intimidating, boner-inspiring sword, this is $42 well spent. Not to mention screaming "This is Sparta" every time you swing at something.

This sword is forged steel and comes as sharp as you will need. You get what you pay for. Not meant to chop a tree down but can do some major damage. The weak point is the handle. For the price you can have some fun with it, but I would not depend on it for home defense.

You would think from the price this is/would be a low to mid level replica. But in fact it is a WELL priced piece of genuine equipment. Heavy and well balanced not to mention SUPERIOR build. Well done

First off I would like to say I have bought this on bud k’s Official website and they charge an extra $10 shipping not worth it! Love that free shipping on here! I Purchased this for my friend for a durability test he has slashed,Punctured, sliced in half and completely destroyed all kinds of objects from cinder blocks to an old car door The blade is virtually indestructible the handle not so good but for the price it’s amazing So I bought another for myself

Awesome blade, old school iron look, has a decent edge, thick and heavy. I wouldn't enter a competition with it but for having to use around the yard or for display its a great buy

But upon further inspection you can see the spray paint coating put on it. Very rough, very grainy. Sword is VERY heavy. I just wish it was painted better so it was smooth and not rocky/rough.
