Sassy Teething Feeder, Girl, Pink/Purple (Discontinued by Manufacturer)

I love this teething feeder! Besides having gender colors available, it is very well made (for plastic) and the mesh is very pliable and washes great in the dishwasher. The feeder also has a cover so you can prepare it early on and freeze if desired, then either use it, let it thaw a little, and/or stick it in your travel bag for outings. I actually bought these for my granddaughter and my daughter loves them too! I think the selling point is the cover, easy to handle for both adult and baby, and the mesh is pretty soft, not plasticky. I've had to sample some fruit using the feeder because granbaby wanted to share! : -) Highly recommend this teething feeder

I love these! For starters, they have a cap to keep your bag clean. I don't know about you but I'm not carrying around a soggy banana or mushy strawberry in my purse or diaper bag. I love that these come with a cap!!!!Another HUGE plus to this particular one is that they are very easy for mom or dad to open... well, any adult really. I had received another brand as a gift and between my husband, mother and myself, we can not get the damn thing open. I know how to do it, but it's so hard that we just can't do it! I threw them in the trash.Also, they have a built in cool pack in the handle! For such a small thing they sure do cram a lot of great features in there!!!! I would definitely recommend this!!!!

These are a great idea and definitely serve their purpose, but the mesh bags are hard to clean. My daugher never cared for anything other than an icecube in one of these, which always melted and made a huge mess, but it didn't hold her interest even with food in it so we rarely used it. This is one of those items that probably work great for some people, but I felt I could have completely left off our baby registry and never missed.

This thing is great- until you want to clean it or put something in it! My daughter definitely can't open it, caused barely can! You have to press on both sides while twisting at the same time fort to open. I find it very difficult when trying to work fast. However, the net is bigger then others I have used and I really like that! Also, the nets are removable to be washed, came with 2 replacement nets and came with covers. So I guess the pros even out the cons. But they definitely need to work on the closing aspect! It's hard enough that I will definitely debate about buying more.

These are a great option for teething, cranky babies! We put frozen breastmilk, strawberries, blueberries, ice, non frozen fruit, etc etc etc. in these! I joke that you could put a ribeye in these and your baby won't choke because nothing too big gets through the mesh! The only downfall to these is that the mesh get so nasty! So you do have to buy extra mesh after about 5 uses I would say! We've tried hand washing and dishwashing and, although I think they are clean, the mesh look dingy and it grosses me out...

These are great for an infant that is just learning about feeding oneself. They are easy to handle, and if you clean the netting right away can be reused again and again. Also made my little girl feel big because she was doing it herself! Would recommend these to anyone wanting to start self feeding. Bananas are great in here but apples that are soft such as JonaGolds work really well too, along with canned fruit.

My little one just turned 8 months old and is working on her top teeth. The only teething toy she will use is her Sophie Giraffe  Vulli Sophie the Giraffe Teether ...until this. She will not use any cold teething toy. While technically not a toy it is awesome!! I filled it with frozen blueberries and she went to town!! She loves it!! It was a little difficult for me to open the container to get the blueberries in. It was awkward to hold two buttons AND twist. But once I did I felt secure knowing that she can't get it open. I love that you can refrigerate the base and that it comes with a cover so it will travel without mess. It was a little difficult getting all of the blueberry mush (mostly only skin) out once she was finished. But I rinsed the mesh right away and then put it in the dishwasher. It came out of the dishwasher fairly well. We both love it!

These feeders were great, but my baby didn't use them all the time. They are absolutely worth trying!!!
