This stuff tastes sooo nasty I cant believe i kept taking it! But i've got to admit it kept the munchies at bay. I have to say if you chase it with water or even take it with water you will hardly notice the flavor. I cant describe the flavor other than it tastes like iodine and mint...so gross

I would give this product a 3 for appetite suppression but with one caveat. It's fine for temporary suppression of mild to moderate hunger but does nothing to quell intense hunger pangs if you are fasting. But that is my own physiology and it may work differently for you, as with all supplements. I ultimately returned this product because of the GI side effects (excessive gas). Luckily I tried this product on the weekend and not during work!One other thing, it tastes disgusting so place it under (not on!) your tongue and quickly follow with a chaser of juice.

It works for me. If I take too much, like a full dropper full, I'll get nauseous and feel very sick. So I take 1/4 a dropper and it's still works. It contains peppermint oil though, which is also an appetite sepressant, but I hate peppermint! This product is very effective - I just don't like the taste. I will learn to deal. I just quit smoking and my appetite is crazy. I knew I had to do something before it got out of hand.

the problem and manufacturer are just fine. The title says the contents or 2 ounces, the small print says the content is 1 ounce. It really is one. Ounce. I think Amazon's marketing is deceptive in this case. I will go elsewhere to buy this product again.

I received this item with high hopes of it working well, first off, it tastes absolutely terrible. If you are able to get it down, which I did take several times, I did not notice any change in my appetite, other than tasting so terrible it made me never want to taste it again. Needless to say, I might have given it a better review even though it tastes terrible if it actually worked. Maybe it works differently on different people, but I found it to be a waste of money.

First off this stuff taste awful, but if you can get past thatit definitely has worked for me. I take it then drink something immediately to help disguise the taste. I can take this at around 10 am without food and it curbs my appetite for several hours...sometime killing it completely. I sometime take it around 3 also, which helps curb my appetite for dinner and after dinner snacking. Does not miraculously make you lose weight, but by curbing the overeating and snacking , you will lose weight.

Worked good but only for a short time

Does help to control appetite somewhat.
