Urban Ladder Eisner Study Chair (Colour : Black)

The chair is comfortable . It provides proper support to the lower back ,Assembly was easy , I did it myself as assembly service was delayed.Parts feels sturdy but the plastic material is not of good quality.using since one month, no issue.It is value for money.

Got the chair in dismantled condition. It was a peach to assemble it. Needed one allen screwdriver for only one part, while the rest were all snap-in.Having used the chair for over a month, I am impressed with the quality of the product. The wheels are going strong, the gas compression cylinder is working well, and the ergonomics are great. Even with the non-adjustable back, the sitting posture is erect (slightly leaning forward enough to make table work comfortable). The height is more than adequate for normal tables.The only caveat is the poor seat cushioning. The front edge pinches the under-thighs, making it uncomfortable after a while. Remember to use a cushion.

I ordered this chair on 4th June and it was showning that the item will be delivered by max 16th june to me.After 4days of my order I got a separate call from urban ladder customer executive that the chair is out of stock & they will not be able to deliver the chair so, I have to cancel the order from my side. They also mentioned, If I still need the chair then I have to wait minimum August 2nd week which was not possible for me(more than 2months of waiting)So, my overall experience with urban ladder was not good.

Great service by urban ladder ... Promt timing in delivery amd assembling.As for the product - its an average chair... Well made...Perfect for office work - average 6- 8 hours of work.Comfortable seat cushioning

The chairs are fine but the plastic parts can be fragile. I bought two chairs and the back covering of one of the chairs came off within two-three days. It is, therefore, important that you keep the original packaging as it is for at least 15 days after receiving the order for a proper redressal. I have requested the seller for repairs since I did not keep the packaging. Hoping for a speedy redressal.

I didn't like this product too much so I returned it on the same day. I was disappointed with quality of this chair as it had several drawbacks which was not fulfilling my purpose. Cushions used on this chair is not much comfortable to sit and work for so long. Chair back is fixed so I felt that if I am to spend more time on chair so I need to feel comfortable and I found if I would try to lean back on this chair might get broken. Arm rest is also not as per adults need my height is 5'11 and arm rest are fixed at very down side which is also not good for me to sit for so long. Clothe used for cushions is very bed as it is net cloth which was making me so it was also one reason for me to return this. For average use and with good care this option can be good. It would be good if you can go to local seller and try to find chair fulfilling your need.

Very efficient delivery and assembly of the product. The product specifications were found to be as mentioned in the description, and close to what is shown in the images.Urban Ladder contacted me for more details pertaining to my feedback. They also have a good after sales support so you can't go wrong with your purchase.

after 18 months of use the chair is still looking good and it is best chair on that price .its have some issue of sound when i sit on its make minor sound but overall its good product . i bought it in February 2019 price of chair that time is 2730/- but now its price higher .
